Honestly this store scares me to send anything! Many packages have been recieved damaged due to lack of care when packing & I lost money on a $300 camera lens. Shipping supplies are way over priced and I only go in there when it’s absolutely necessary!!!! If not I go to my trusted Mail Copy Plus across the street who give so much care in packing, boxes are well priced & the most friendliest place!

I’ve gone into this ups store dozens of times. This place makes you feel like a burden not only to do Amazon returns but to ship anything. The lack of Customer service makes you question if they even want to be in business.They truly have a disinterest in a courteous interaction with anyone.

This has got to be the most annoying location to find. GPS took me to an Orange Theory in a parking lot that's under major construction. We drove around aimlessly trying to find an essentially unmarked storefront. A banner, store marking, or literally anything to distinguish where it is in this packed plaza would be helpful.

I needed to do some Amazon and Temu returns and there was no wait time! I wasn’t sure about how to do the returns and the person behind the counter was super helpful and patient. Great customer service and support!

During normal store hours the service is good. Came in at 11 on a Sunday, no one was here. Left at 11:10, still no one in the store, and not open. It has happened multiple times per others waiting.

Definitely wasn’t surprised at all the 1-star reviews. Been going to this UPS store solely to drop off Amazon returns for years. I’ve never seen a happy employee there (it’s mostly just the owner and family). Never seen one smile in that store. Only scoffs and attitude reciprocated from every employee to every customer.I AM surprised that their business survives at all. Most likely due to price gouging their boxes and small shelf of supplies with a 400%+ markup. Nobody goes here unless they have to.If you have Amazon returns, I suggest to start selecting the Kohl’s down the other side of Tuskawilla. They have customer service and you get a coupon with every return. If you actually have to ship something out, go to the FedEx on red bug instead. They are much more helpful and seem much happier to be there (It’s also MUCH less expensive to buy a box there)

I do not find this specific location to be staffed with friendly and courteous folks. The gal whose name tag says Store Owner, every single time I have been in the store, she has never once greeted me or looked me in the eye. She is always on her cell phone speaking quite loudly with someone in I presume her native language. Several times I have literally stood at the counter directly in front of her and she did not acknowledge my presence. She proceeded to engage in her personal conversation while assisting me. Her overall demeanor is rude and off putting. I try to find the best in people so I bet she is actually a kind person, but I am not sure why a Store Owner would set this kind of bar.

Very frustrated with this store. I did a return to sender for my package to ship it back to a vendor for my business. THAT WAS A MONTH AGO. My vendor still hasn’t received the returned item. The vendor and I have been battling UPS for a month now trying to find what happened to my package, but since there was no new tracking number generated, it still showed that it was delivered to me and not returned even though I returned it and signed it for the return. Yesterday, my vendor finally heard back from UPS and they said they have NO RECORD of a return to sender, even though I did return it and the store owner at this location told me she did the return to sender process herself. This is so aggravating because I’m waiting on a refund and my vendor is waiting on their product. And due to this, I can’t even file a claim for the missing package. As a business owner, I WILL NOT use your services again.
