I know experiences are individual and post offices keep strict hours, as they should IMHO. My experience on a Monday afternoon was better than expected. They were polite and helpful determining my best option to send a package. Even made a little small talk while working. I’m sure it gets busy at times but the people working here seem to be very kind and helpful.

I had a great experience at this Post Office thanks to Roberto! He was incredibly friendly, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. He made sure all my questions were answered and went above and beyond to provide excellent service. It’s not every day you come across someone so dedicated and kind. Regarding passport services - Wednesday walk-ins are welcome which is the service I utilized and also received passports in shorter time frame then expected. Just be sure you have EVERY item you need which is listed very specific on the website. I also purchased the photos here and it was simple. One stop. Thank you for your service.

They don’t answer the phone when you need help with a package or mail. I’m not even a Karen or anything, I’m pretty chill when it comes to issues & yada yada; but when I tell you usps in winter springs in harder to get ahold of compared to an ex boyfriend from a messy breakup you know it’s bad.

Awful service and wasted hour + of my time. First I went in there Saturday to get prints done internet was down. I come in Monday, I wait in line, when I get to the front they tell me to take a seat and wait. I wait another 20 min watching people that came in after me and leave before me. Finally they start taking my prints. The machine they use is a dinosaur, could not scan my prints. A woman tried for 10 min then a man tried for another 30. Was not working, finally he just said we are not going to do this with you all day sorry but we can't do it. Had a flight next day, needed it done today. But all he said was sorry not happening. I went down the street to Xcelling services and got my finger prints done and out within 10 min. They will always be in business because its a USPS, but I would advise to go to ANY other USPS.

Our complete street from 14 houses, all of them had the wrong mail...1/15/2025 (Properly the entire neighborhood had the same problem) I would say about 5 times a month if not more...

USPS is horrible! I sent 2 boxes out on Dec 14, it's now Dec 27. 13 DAYS!!!!!! Online says it's still in transit, 3 day service and it's taking 2 weeks!

DO NOT COME TO THIS STORE
Worst service I ever received. I am currently deployed overseas and the older man there was no help at all in finding a solution or pointing me in a direction of help. My wife was trying to ship a package a package to a apo ( A MILITARY DEPLOYMENT ADRESS) and he said i needed more information then what i had to ship the package. This was not my first time shipping to this address with another post office. I decided to create a usps account just to fill out the label myself. He did not tell me to try that or make me aware that was even a option. I had to do the research on my own and got the package shipped with a competent store. I can see why this store has 2 stars i will never go to them again with any questions or packages.

I'll never understand why people are so bent on Bureaucracy. If I have to get something done and I'm here now, why offer me a "get an appointment" to come back later on a day I have to work? Fortunately, I was able to get my passport documents done while there. I only had to point out the fact that there were 5 clerks available, AND I was the only one there. After I gave them the appropriate amount of push towards doing the, right thing, everything went smoothly.

Great service. Very efficient.
Fast and efficient service
It's been a few years since I last visited a post office, but I needed to go for fingerprinting. I was dreading the visit, expecting it to be a long ordeal. However, that was not the case. Roberto took my fingerprints quickly and efficiently, and I was out the door in 15 minutes.

You guys constantly give our packages to the wrong address even though we've confirmed our address with you 3 times. We were home when you claimed we weren't home to claim one of our packages. You never knocked. You just stuck a note on our door lying about how we weren't home. Now we have to contact our online seller that our package was stolen thanks to your mistake. You went to the wrong address on your second attempt.
You guys absolutely lack integrity and are genuinely awful at your tasks.
