They NEVER answer anyone’s phone calls at this location. Just horrible you have to drive all the way there to ask a question. This needs fixed.

They do not care about their customers; they will close the door in your face even though you call 10 minutes before 5 p.m. and let them know that you will arrive at 5:00 p.m. It is like they do not have family; they will tell you that you should dive straight up to Lakemary and that they close at 6 p.m. I have no idea why we have such bad customer service at this place. They are supposed to work with and for the public, never coming back to this place. My recommendation is to train these people to care about the public or higher people who care. No, like that men who saw me arriving and were aware that I was coming at the end of the time because I spoke with him over the phone, and he still didn't care. My advice for you, sir, in case you read this, is that you should quit; you do not deserve that job. You should never work again on the customer server; it is not for you. WORST post office in America! This office NEVER answers their phones,NEVER delivers anything on time, has the WORST slacking carriers who consistently lose mail and packages AND DO NOT CARE! Eventually had to go in to the office in person (very far away)to speak to someone who was THE RUDEST WOMAN ON EARTH a case of stolen mail by a broken into mailbox NO ONE GAVE A DAMN, they would not fix it! Replace all staff and PAY PEOPLE WHO WILL DO THEIR JOBS! Horrible

Can’t connect with them on the phone and the redelivery slip they left blew off our door, into the bushes, and melted in the rain. 0/10 the only reason we even know that there was a delivery attempt was our security cameras saw it.

This is the absolute worse post office I’ve ever encountered. The workers are rude and could care less any issue you’re having with receiving mail or packages. Packages delivered to the office one day and you may not get them for a couple of days after that just depends on when they feel like putting it in your P.O. Box. They’re absolutely horrible to work with!

These people just enjoy giving trouble, it’s weird how they act like why choose that job if you don’t like it and the the woman chewing her bubble gum with her little pep walk very unprofessional, she is extremely rude and for the manager he is just as d*** as the rest of the employees. Someone needs to look into this post office and get a new more welcoming and professional staff.

This USPS has some of slowest service of any I have ever visited. The clerks disappear into the rear of the store doing lord knows what, only to reappear with a slow shuffling pace and rude attitude. I waited at least 15 minutes, (1st in line!) to pick up a simple certified package. If this were a retail business, they would go OUT of business. So sad.

The workers Howard is rude and incompetent , I sent someone with a mail the obviously states custom sent back package because it was not clear to get a refund ,He ripped the display of unable to fly off the pack said it cannot be refunded luckily I took a picture of the package. I came back on Saturday due to my schedule unfortunately I did not know who my person delt with so as soon as I ask he automatically say the postal office doesn’t give refund , I was told by the 1800 like to get a refunded I’ve standing waiting for a supervisor nobody was attentive at the office I see why the rating are so low no one is helpful . When obviously it can’t be resend . The gift was sent on 12/3/22And return 12/16/22I’ve been trying to get a supervisor and nothing on 12/31/22 has be resolved

The post office often gets unfair hate, mostly because of things out of their control. It can be pretty expensive to ship things, but I have noticed that, when asked about, the people behind the counter are more than willing to help customers. In addition, they have all seemingly been there for years, so they know their stuff. If talking to people isn't your forte, they always have a self service machine in the lobby - that can sometimes get a little confusing, but it isn't terrible.

Came twice for kids' passport appointments. Both times, the appointments went smoothly. I would come here again, now just waiting for the passports to come.

This office does not adhere to passport appointments. Our appointment for our daughter was scheduled for 9am and they didn’t even have a staff member available to conduct the appointment. We were seen at 9:45 after the staff member clocked in and was handed the appointment schedule for the day. We waited with three other appointments. Total disregard for your time. If you need an appointment, I would suggest scheduling with a different location.

Mail carrier must be illiterate. They can't deliver packages to my correct address to save their life. Constantly having to file lost mail searches.
