I wish I could leave NEGATIVE stars. They said my prescription was ready. I waited in line for over thirty minutes and I was only behind ONE car. I went up to the drive thru and they said mine wasn't ready and I'd have to go back in line. WHY TELL ME ITS READY THEN?? I've since been in line for another 30 minutes. And I'm still here. Waiting. They're rude and inconsiderate. Every single time I've come here there's been an issue. I totally understand having a line and being backed up. But don't call and tell me my shit is ready when it isn't! They didn't give me the right medications last time either. This Walgreens is literally purgatory. Run. Take your scripts anywhere else.

Our family has been going to this Walgreens for 9 years. The past year it has become unbelievably unorganized and we've encountered many employees to be not only apathetic in their jobs but it's as if they don't care if they tell you that a prescription will be in and it's not. On multiple occasions the online service says that our prescriptions have been filled and are ready for pick up only to find out that in fact they have not been filled. The average wait time when calling is over an hour long. I've been on hold for two hours more than once. The drive thru is just as bad. It makes me wonder what the heck has happened to this location. Does management even care. After a year of this poor customer service, I do believe it's time for us to look elsewhere.

Shop here if you want the typical rushing around "I'm really busy and I have really important things to do" attitude from both the cashier at checkout and shopper. I had added a coupon in the app before checking out that should have applied to my purchase, I confirmed it later when I wasn't being rushed by everyone around me, who I'm sure had very important things to do. I'll make sure to never come back here.

Had an appointmen, scheduled since last week for 2115 hours. I showed up at 2050 hours, with enough time to fill paperwork. Tall bald head guy, tells me they close at 2100 hours and that everyone was called to come in earlier. He said they left messages. I checked my phone log, no calls or messages. Now I'm hoping they will see me tomorrow like he said to "just drop by". Poor service, especially when I got there, he was attending an older gentleman and the lady was attending someone thru drive-thru. Very poor service.

Don't bother.I've spent 4 hours on hold and never got to talk to anyone. My provider took over 2 hours of his own time to call and wait on the provider line for me, he never got to talk to anyone either. Who needs their medication, right? There's not a single decent human working here whatsoever, all trash.

I took my children here today to get their COVID vaccine. I didn't have an appointment but they were very accommodating. They fit me in quickly and they took special care of each of my chirp make sure they understood the process and what to expect. My daughter can get very nervous when she gets shots and sometimes has a panic attack. After her shot she started feeling sick and collapsed to the floor. Not only did the nurse come to check on her but an employee named Amanda sat with my daughter while I got her a snack. She stayed with her until she felt better and really made her feel better. I couldn't be more pleased with this company and I will be a loyal customer from now on. Thank you Walgreens and staff! You really made a difference!

Just awful. The last two times I had been to the pharmacy they were closed because their system was down. For days. This past time I went to go get my normal refill that I get monthly and need to take to stay alive and 1) I put in for a refill on Friday (I got the message back that they needed to call my doctor) 2) They then never called me back 3) On Tuesday I put in for another refill request (received the same message) 3) They denied my refill- when I asked why they told me which doctor they called ...and they called the wrong one.So that doctor denied it. Then they wouldn't give me a single pill even though they had done it before ...since I need it to live. They really make you feel like a number here and they have a lot of turn around. Maybe it's time to switch to CVS.

Went in to the health clinic for the first time and was treated absolutely awful. Cathy Ernott was condescending and rushed through the entire process. I had difficulty finding information fast enough for her and she began to speak in a slower tone of voice and suggested I go back to the previous place I had gone for assistance. She mentioned how people often left fast from their appointments and I was not the only one, worst customer service I've ever experienced.
