The employees at this Walgreen’s have always been pleasant and helpful, although usually harried. The store has seemed very understaffed, especially in the pharmacy. The days of the week or hour of the day seem not to matter. The pharmacist appears to work with only a skeleton staff even though the pharmacy itself is ALWAYS busy. There is frequently a wait line at drive through, sometimes lasting 15 minutes. At the pickup/drop off indoors, there is always a wait. Because the pharmacist and techs are in full public view, I can say with certainty that they are working as quickly as humanly possible. I want to make it clear that the 5 stars are the sum total of 5 for the pharmacy/floor staff and zero for corporate for allowing untenable working conditions which trickle down to less than stellar customer service. And, no, I have no personal connection to any person or persons employed by Walgreens now or ever. It’s my hope that corporate neglect of this site doesn’t culminate in another unnecessary closing.

Their FedEx Office Print and Ship Center service area is inefficient and will not do anything for you that you'd get at a regular standing FedEx Print and Go. I had my code from my email to print a document and they told me that they can't do that??? Why are they considered a FedEx Office Print and Ship Center then? Beware.

Pharmacy takes an extremely long time to fill basic prescriptions and you can’t get anyone in the phone to get a status on how long it will be.Overall decline in service the last couple of years. Will go to CVS in the future

i have had extreme difficulties at the walgreens in oviedo off lockwood blvd. the pharmacists there DO NOT care about the patients. So getting in contact with this pharmacy off Red Bug in Winter Springs (and esp. with the quickness and concern for their patient’s needs) and my experience here has been THAT MUCH MORE efficient and positive. Specifically due to Kayla, Mr. Max, Wayne, and whoever answers the phone Monday evenings. I have been in dire need of my medication to function, take care of my children, and keep my job. Thank you SO much for being so thourough and prompt! Following your word about filling my script and listening to my doctors orders, that means so much more to my family and I, than you will ever know! HIGHLY reccomend. Thank you so much! ?

I wish I could leave NEGATIVE stars. They said my prescription was ready. I waited in line for over thirty minutes and I was only behind ONE car. I went up to the drive thru and they said mine wasn't ready and I'd have to go back in line. WHY TELL ME ITS READY THEN?? I've since been in line for another 30 minutes. And I'm still here. Waiting. They're rude and inconsiderate. Every single time I've come here there's been an issue. I totally understand having a line and being backed up. But don't call and tell me my shit is ready when it isn't! They didn't give me the right medications last time either. This Walgreens is literally purgatory. Run. Take your scripts anywhere else.

For the past few weeks they didn't have a pharmacist there so I had to go to another Walgreens location but now they seem to have a pharmacist there at the present time. As of May 22 2023.

Our family has been going to this Walgreens for 9 years. The past year it has become unbelievably unorganized and we've encountered many employees to be not only apathetic in their jobs but it's as if they don't care if they tell you that a prescription will be in and it's not. On multiple occasions the online service says that our prescriptions have been filled and are ready for pick up only to find out that in fact they have not been filled. The average wait time when calling is over an hour long. I've been on hold for two hours more than once. The drive thru is just as bad. It makes me wonder what the heck has happened to this location. Does management even care. After a year of this poor customer service, I do believe it's time for us to look elsewhere.

Extreme long wait for pharmacy to answer phone. Prescription out of stock Friday, called Monday an Tuesday still no medicine. By Wednesday you would think they would have the decency to call you with a status update. Currently on hold for over 20 minutes.

Hours posted are until 11pm m-f, called at about 815pm to check on a script I needed tonight after paying to go to an after houra clinic. After 32 mins on hold hung up and called the store again this time asking to speak to the store and they informed be that they closed at 8pm tonight!!! I tried to call walgreens customer service and no solution except wait till tomorrow.
