I’ll take this branch over the Longwood branch with bullet proof glass. Bullet proof says a lot for the security of the Longwood branch. However, the manager had no freaking idea how to take care of customers. People in line, 2 people working the same customer-1 of them is the manager.

Quite possibly the most useless bank branch in existence. Don't expect the staff to be helpful or be able to get anything done, you're better off just calling the customer line or utilizing an ATM.

Visited this location to do a bussines account I have all my paperwork In my hands my EIN number my sunbitz paperwork everything stating I am the owner. I put my husband as general manager in my llc paperwork witch never had any issues. As I arrived MS Vega immediately ask me for my debit card and I'd witch I provide right away then immediately she ask for my husband I reply why my husband If I am the sole owner and the irs paperwork states that she said because he's 50% owner I reply no he's not he's listed as general manager just in case I am not available he can be contacted . She started making calls immediately explaining in the phone my husband is 50% owner witch was not correct. My husband came in as her request but noticed she refused to look at my paperwork I said meam just look at my paperwork it clear says I am the sole owner she said no I cannot open an account for you period . I feel so embarrassed as I been with wellsfargo for over 15 years paid a mortgage and a was with Wachovia before they wellsfargo even took over. I went to another location and I opened an bussines account with no issues my thing is you shouldn't have people that does not want to work for you. This is been the worse experience ever had and as a bussines owner this is just above and beyond wrong I have my paperwork in line why Ms vega did not want to open my account?

This branch has a few very, very good employees.I've banked with multiple Wells Fargo branches over the last 20 years for several business and personal accounts. Normally the branch manager is very friendly and hospitable. I've used this branch for about 6 years and not once has the manager said hello or acknowledged me.I use other banks and am not a huge fan of WF in general. I echo a lot of the frustration shared in other posts. If I didn't live close to this branch I wouldn't use it.

Usually very convenient. Lately the drive up ATM has been running out of cash on the weekend.

Incredibly unprofessional branch manager has one of our employees calling me/the owners on a Saturday morning, said it was "just protocol" to refuse to cash a company check, when it was clearly for a very different and more sinister reason. He had the employee reach out before he called the signer on the account. Even after being informed that it was a legitimate check being cashed by an active employee, he made said employee wait 30 minutes for their check, for reasons I think we could all infer. I've contacted the District Manager for further assistance. Unacceptable behavior from a representative of your company at a management level, embarrassing. And according to a couple dozen reviews preceding this one, not really out of the ordinary unfortunately.

There’s something about this branch I just always leave there thinking I’ll go To another Wells Fargo next time even if I have to drive out of my way. A higher up for sure needs to have a staff meeting at this branch.

This branch is not good at customer service, they never answer the phone, you drive in person only to find out the manager did not go to work and it is the only person that with the authority to help. Very disappointed.

This Branch had me scheduled an appointment for something that could have done the same day, I went to another location my issues was address at the moment. And please, the banker had me with the teller, teller refer me to the manager in order to make this appointment. However, the truth is they navigate thru their busy day quite well.

the branch manager… wow if he can’t talk down to you, then he doesn’t want to talk to you, this permeates throughout the staff and bankers. Stay away.No I don’t want to contact you, this was the attitude I received from this branch and then your customer service line. When my issue is “settled” with Wells Fargo bank I’ll be sure to close all accounts, and I know my one small account in your eyes means nothing, but I can’t take being treated in a way where I feel that me the client of your bank paying you to help me should at least maybe try to answer questions instead of just talking over me. Little to zero was accomplished from the branch manager, he offered to waive a cashiers check fee!! Thanks for nothing again. I refuse to communicate with you behind email, I feel others should see this and how it’s handled to know what to expect.I removed the names but left the job of who I spoke with at the branch.

Very careless and ignorant staff. All I needed was a notary to sign something very quickly and they were trying to make me make an appointment.
