I did not have a pleasant experience at this salon. The owner was very aggressive and repetitive during my haircut, which made me feel tense and uncomfortable. When I later called with a question about a hair product, she hung up on me. Unfortunately, due to this behavior and lack of professionalism, I will not be returning.

I am so happy I found this place. Uyen is amazing. She takes the time to listen to your hair goals and offers suggestions for style, color, and treatments for your hair to be healthy. This was my second appointment with Uyen and I have definitely found the right person for my hair.

Ms. Uyen always goes above and beyond! I’ve been going to her for years now and she always makes me look and feel the prettiest! She is so caring and truly loves each and every one of her clients. We always have great discussions and she is so down to earth and wonderful at making all your beauty needs come true!

I have been coming here for a few years now and I will continue to keep coming back! The price is very reasonable for a haircut or to have my bangs trimmed. If you want your hair blow dried after it costs extra and you usually have to ask for it.

I paid for my girlfriend to get her haircut here before a big wedding event. Unfortunately my girlfriend had an awful experience and was crying about her bad haircut for days. She sent multiple text messages and tried calling multiple times after the owner said to reach out to resolve this issue. The owner didnt respond to my girlfriend. My girlfriend spent two hours cutting her own hair. We tried reaching out and asking for a reimbursement but since its been a month with no reply i will just have to dispute this with my bank. We have all the pictures and proof. Tried handling this privately and it didnt work.

Was my first vist. I got a wavy perm that I absolutely love! High quality, vegan hair products are used to prevent hair damage. Uyen is very thorough, knowledgeable, and kind. She takes the necessary time needed to to ensure customers are highly satisfied. I highly recommend this salon and have found my new hairdresser!!!

I have been going to Uyen for 25 years and she is a very talented colorist and always does a fabulous job on my ever changing hairstyles. I come from a family of hairdressers and am very picky with who touches my hair and I promise, you won’t regret giving Uyen a try!

I had a very needed hair appointment today, colored, cut and styled. Uyen always does a fantastic job and my hair looks & feels great when I leave. I always wish it would look that way when I do it at home. Uyen goes out of her way to make you comfortable while your there. She is wonderful and I highly recommend.

Uyen is the best! I had such a relaxing De-Stress session and neck massage from her with yummy lotion and relaxing music! She is so knowledgeable about nutrition and so easy to work with! Highly recommend!

This lady profiled me and thought I was some rich kid because I told her I just bought a my first home with my family. She up charged the hell out of me for a 5 minute hair cut. I should have told her that I was homeless for 7 years and just got out of a women’s homeless shelter and been saving for this hair cut for months. That’s the truth. She cut my hair in less than 5 minutes and then was trying to sell me for 30 minutes on products I can’t afford. I wish I walked out of there when she insulted my hair and talked over me the first time. Oh yeah she also talked over me EVERYTIME I TRIED SPEAKING. It was an awful experience. I could have cut my own hair how I wanted and saved $70 and a lot of tears but I wanted to treat myself. Ive been crying for 2 days over this awful haircut and awful experience.

My daughter had a unique hair coloring request and I called all over for a quote and unfortunately every place I called wanted past my budget for the cut and color. I emailed Uyen not knowing anything about her or her salon and she was so kind and responded quickly. She suggest we come by and she can look to see in person what my daughter wanted to do to her hair (extra point! Lol). We went in for said quote, she looked her over and quoted us significantly less than other salons and used better products! We scheduled for the following week. Yesterday was that day and the experience she gave my daughter was amazing! My daughter has social anxiety and is nervous around people she doesn't know. Ms. Uyen made her feel so beautiful and talked to her like she was a friend. The cut and color was better than what we expected and my daughter left there with a sense of confidence I have not seen on her in a long time!! I wish I knew of this salon before, we will recommend her to everyone!! Thank you Uyen for the amazing customer service!!Services: Haircut
