“The postal service staff here are always kind and helpful. But we really need to address the property maintenance- the same trash has been on the ground so long the plastic is actually decomposing. The building can use some paint. Grass and weeds are overgrown.”

“I was missing a package and filed a claim online. I thought it would fall on deaf ears since USPS is so huge. I received a call back the same day from the postmaster apologizing and they would locate my package right away. Not only did they find it but she delivered it to my house that night. Such a sweet, kind lady!!!! She deserves a raise!!”
“I just went to this location yesterday and thought the attendant was particularly friendly and helpful (I didn't catch her name). I know folks hate on post office services a lot, and there are certainly frustrating mistakes made sometimes, but I was impressed with the customer service in a pretty thankless job.”

“A package that was supposed to have been delivered to my house got misrouted to the Woodville post office. When I called on Tuesday, one of the employees, Phillip, found the package and held onto it for me so I could pick it up today. When I got there he had the package on hold and remembered who I was. The package was somewhat time-sensitive and his kindness meant I got it in time to meet my need.”
