HORRENDOUS customer service..The "manager" didn't even stand up and talk to me, lay back on a chair. For store like this one is the reason that I HATE going to retailers. They even told me that I need to go to a corporate store. Definitely, the employees need to take a tutorial on how to treat customers. If you want great customer service... Don't go to this ATT store.

Tiffany was great! I got the phone I came in for same day which was awesome because I thought I would have to wait. She gave me a lot of great information and she was super easy to talk to.

I’ve been having issues with the new iphone 15 pro that I bought and Will and Jacob worked their magic and after some time got it working! Great customer service and avoided having to go to Apple.

Jacob is a lifesaver! I was contacted by a Prime Communications agent via phone after signing-in the AT&T website for an appointment at my local store. They delayed me for two days by actually sending me an SIM card for my new 15 Pro! (This phone doesn’t use a physical SIM card!) So I went to my local store and Jacob immediately identified the situation and straightened it all out within minutes and sent me on my way with a functioning new phone!! He is professional and very kind!!

*BUYERS BEWARE*This business is using predatory sales tactics preying on the elderly. The sales associate Jacob Kramer attached $52 in extra monthly charges to a simple phone upgrade WITHOUT consent. I explicitly explained I did not want AT&T Next, and it was still added to my account along with the AT&T protection for up to 4 devices with out my knowledge, Jacob quickly processed the upgrade with out showing any of the details, I had already attempted the upgrade online and the costs matched so I didn't question it and swiped my card for the taxes with out realizing. As I'm sitting in the store I check my AT&T account and notice the additional charges attached to my upgrade when I asked Jacob Kramer about the charges he got defensive and started to act irritated and said I needed to call 611(at&t cs care) to cancel the add-ons he had just attached without my knowledge and said he couldn't help, he tried to shift blame to his manager stating that every phone sold out of their store automatically has the additional $52 a month charge added. I filed a formal complaint with BBB and am leaving this review to warn any clients who attempt to use this store to be aware that they aren't an official AT&T store and they are an authorized dealer Prime communications, they can get away with doing the predatorial tactics because you are legally bound to AT&T. You can save yourself time by calling AT&T for actual help and won't have to deal with the scummy predatorial sales tactics by these clowns.

I had a complicated trade-in situation that both Will and Cory helped me resolve. They were patient, courteous and professional over the 2 visits that it took to resolve my issue. Kind of wish every customer experience would be as pleasant as this was. Thank you.

I have contacted the FCC, AT&T, the Attorney General and will continue regarding this affiliate location. THIS IS NOT A CORPORATE STORE. Please be aware prior to entering this location. They will bait and switch your account just like they did mine. I have a huge mess I am dealing with because this store was incredibly dishonest. They took it upon themselves to add extras to my account that I specifically said I didn’t want and I even have an extra account I did not ask for. It is a huge mess. The only person that benefits in this circumstance is the business and the sales rep at the store. Make the trip to the corporate store in River City.
