Best Western Plus First Coast Inn & Suites is a beautiful hotel in a great location right off the highway, close to the interstate, airport, gas, and food. The hotel offers clean, spacious, and comfortable rooms with comfy beds, a microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker. Guests enjoy a fantastic free breakfast with lots of options and a daily menu. Amenities include a nice little pool and a fitness gym. The staff is great, friendly, and helpful. Parking is available, though sometimes reduced. Most stays are very quiet and reliable, though some guests have noted occasional issues with maintenance, a mildewy smell, or the TV. It is generally considered a nice hotel at decent, affordable prices.
Would have a 5 for room but my daughters bed made a terrible noise every time she moved.

I returned to this location as on the past it was a very well maintained hotel. This visit was a disappointment . The TV kept blacking out., the shower was looking ratty, the lobby smelled mildewy.

When we arrived we were greeted and assisted quickly. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was super comfy. The location was close to the interstate and 15 minutes from the airport. Breakfast was great too lots of options.
