The owners of the BoxDrop Yulee are amazing! They were very helpful, personable & kind during my visit & purchase. The delivery guys were amazing! They were very polite & worked very good together. I highly recommend BoxDrop Yulee.

Drove up to the store from Jacksonville 10/20/24 approx. 3:45pm. Spoke with store rep Christian about a king size headboard/footboard, he was unable to provide the price. I left my number and he said he would call me same day, I told him no worries he could call me on Monday if he needed to. Monday came and went with no call back with the price. I called the store Tuesday afternoon on 10/22 and an unidentified man answered and I asked for the rep that was working Sunday at 3:45pm (as I forgot his name), he said that was Christian. I explained he was suppose to call me with a price. This unidentified man passed the phone to Christian and I proceeded to remind him who I was and that I had not heard back from him about the price he was trying to find. Christian got sassy and proceeded to tell me there is only 2 employees at this store and he has to wear many different hats. I was not understanding what all of that had to do with me since he was the one that agreed to call me by Monday 10/21 and never did. I let him know to disregard, not to bother trying to find this mysterious price because I was no longer interested.
Do not waste your time and gas driving up here from Jacksonville to Yulee. They do not know their prices, how to find the prices and do not keep their word when they say they will follow up with you.

My wife and I was very pleased with our experience. No high pressure sales. David and Phyllis were very nice. Treated us like people, not just another number. Loved to be able to talk to the owners. Can't get that at the big corporate stores. They gave us a great deal. Would highly recommend for your furniture needs. ????

I bought a couch for my new place from here. It was a very friendly and place they held it for me and delivered it without any problems. The owner called me by name it was much easier than a going to Hax this place is right around the corner.

Last year I bought the best loveseat for a bonus room and it was a great price and so comfortable so I went back to get a loveseat and sofa for my living room, and I couldn’t be happier. The pieces are so comfy and great quality. The process was so easy, and the people are so friendly. The delivery was fast and friendly. I would recommend BoxDrop Yulee again and again!

We was Greated as soon as we walked in. Chris explained how the store was set up. Gave us our space to look around and when we had questions he helped out and gave us deals on living room set. Alot of selections. I would recommend them.

I highly recommend this place. I went to a few other furniture stores looking for a dinning table. Everywhere I went was quite expensive but we did get a quote from one place that Box Drop did better than matching they even went lower on the price.

David came through for our last minute mattress debacle when WayFair cancelled our order on the day it was set to deliver. His team showed ip with Same Day delivery and with quality mattress that meets all of our requirements sight unseen. 20/10 on customer service!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Box Drop was the perfect place to find our long sought love seat recliner. Phyllis was a great listener and suggested the perfect choice. We couldn’t be happier!
