READ BEFORE GOING!
Transferring a number to your device costs $25 at the store and is free if you call in to the 1800 or activate via the website. Additionally, they charge $9.99 for a esim.
When I called customer service today, I am told they should not have charged for an esim if they charged $25 for activation.
Each store has a different policy it seems and what this does is just leaves the customer feeling ripped off.
On top of that, the cricket corporate will not refund any charges the stores make, regardless of mistakes on their part. I wish I had never signed up.

I went into this store the other day to get myself a new phone and Josh was the one who assisted me with everything! He was such a nice and helpful young man and made the whole process easier and less confusing on me. It was such a nice store and loved how Josh treated me. Will definitely be back to this store whenevee I need more service!

I went by here and met with Josh! He was so insanely helpful! Any questions I had he was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic with answering. If you come here, definitely ask for josh you definitely won’t regret it! Best store experience I’ve had.
