If your hours are until 8pm then you should be open until 8pm. I walked in the store at 7:37 (23mins till close) to be greeted by a horrible attitude saying we close in 10 minutes and then within 5 minutes of walking in the store the lady yelled across the store ladies you’ll have to come and check out my system is going to shut down, why would the system shut down before closing time??? when we walked out the doors at 7:48 they were already locked for the night. I was aware that it was close to closing and was literally going in quickly for 3 items

great location, loved the staff, the manager is NOT someone who should run a store. I don't care how old you are or how much time you have been there, you can't actually do your job which part of it is actually contacting employees. Hope the gray hair is worth it

It was they worse place I have shop in my 43 years of life. I will no longer use any of your services ever you have they most rudieat employees in yulee florida I have seen away in this country pathetic and disgusting you should be ashame of calling yourself a corparation. Good luck with profit when your employres are running good paying customers out the door so gross and really should be disgusted with yourselves.

I don’t ever make a review but I go into this dollar tree all the time when I’m in the area and this is my second time having a bad experience with this same women. She is an older women didn’t catch her name but I’ve been in this location two times in the past week and she has a terrible demeanor and rude persona. I had my brother and his girlfriend and my son. She told my brother “ idk who child this is but he needs to be whipped”. Then we got further to the register and she said he need to be “whipped” and I said what did you say and she said whipped a spanking and made a noise and made a motion with her hand showing me the action. I said why is that she said because of his demeanor and behavior when my son was being a normal 5 year old and playing with my brother nothing crazy or outrageous. She also, was talking about us to another customer and they were staring at us. I have respect for someone older than me so I just swallowed what I had to say and left before I stated what I thought about her. This is the second time I’ve had her check me out and she is not pleasant.

Geesh. Come on! We need workers that keep up with the growth in the area. Takes too long to get through the checkout line. I had to leave my basket on the floor and leave. I decided to visit walmart instead... now thats saying something. Lets please retrain workers to move faster or close down.
