Carrie and staff are Great and that’s Why I put up the sometimes (50%) efficient on line appointments system. It’s hit or miss. Sometime you have to wait an additional 30 minutes so be prepared. If you don’t have an extra 30 minutes to wait probably not a good option. Again 50% of the time it’s spot on. The system needs work for busy people.

I went in to get my hair trimmed and on a whim got wispy bangs.
My hair stylist Carrie was amazing she talked to me about what would look good on me with my hair texture. She also offered to have me come back if, in a few days, I didn't love my bangs.
I will for sure be back!

I had an amazing experience at the store at 408 Beach Blvd Jax Beach, FL. D’Von was able to translate what my 10 year old boy couldn’t exactly describe and nailed it for him. Best haircut ever!!!!!

I placed my name on the wait list at the beginning of my lunch break. I was told it would be a 35 min wait. I was called with 5 mins left on my hour-long break. I asked the girl if she could do a long bob in 15 mins, and I would be 10 mins late getting back to work (I work in the same shopping center). The girl was very snarky and said it would depend on what I wanted. I told her a long bob and at this point to leave out the layers and just cut it dry to save on time. She refused to cut it but said she would ask the other girls. One agreed to do it (the one that originally told me 35 minutes) and then she disappeared for another 5. At that point, I asked the closest employee to just cancel the appointment. Between the inaccurate wait time, my wasted lunch break, and the poor attitudes from the employees, I left completely disappointed. I will not be returning to this location in the future.

Dad went over here to get a haircut because the other location (which he will stick to from now on) had a fairly long wait 60+ minutes. When he got there, the barber did not give the appropriate cut as he had asked, and foul launguage music was playing. Im all for everyone liking what they like, but not in an establishment, especially one kids and older adults frequent. This place has gone downhill and completely understand why the wildlight location has the wait they do.

A stylist from the yulee location completely messed up a client's hair cut today (they asked me to post on their behalf) once the client came home to wash and style their hair it was clear that cut is completely uneven on both sides.

I asked for a trim. Keep the length but bangs were too long.
. Instead i got a version of what the last employee labeled the cut they gave me. Lots taken off. Reminds me of a Cut i had back in the 80’s with length. Feels like a layered mullet. Really hating it. Can’t be fixed. Too short. Gotta just wait it out.
There was a big push on product. The first item used had an unpleasant smell. The second one was just too much. Left my hair looking wet and couldn’t wait to wash it out.

I was so lucky to catch them still open but I hope that they will be closed tomorrow for such a major storm to stay off the roads & for staff safety. They do a great job!
