I went for a mani and pedi. I was there for 3hours. They did a terrible job on my nails I felt “they treated people who they wanted to treat nice and do their nails right”. They was extremely rough with my nails cutting my cuticles until they bleed. I will not be going back.

All of the people were very nice and even ask if I wanted a drink, and I would say that my nails look good. The bathroom for very clean nice looking.

Very nice nail salon. John did a wonderful job removing my wife's red healthy dip nails, and completed her light pink healthy nail dip with gel top coat. He speaks fluent English and they had an enjoyable conversation. She was even offered a soda, water, or a glass of wine! Nice pedicure area with massage chairs. Lots of colors to choose from. Clean and friendly and modern.

I should known something was up when it was so empty but, it’s Tuesday and I have a rare day off & keep passing it when I’m here shopping. Pedicure jackpot!
The good: it’s clean, the chairs actually work and give a great massage. They seemed to use sterilized instruments and the check-in was paperless. It is a quiet and relaxing environment.
That’s it on good. I asked her not to use the grater and she seemed annoyed. Tried to use a smaller one and I politely declined again and she hugged. I should’ve got up right then. She dug and dug and cut and I flinched several times and told her it hurt. She apologized but went right back to the same spots with the little cuticle scissors so much that my toes were on fire with the alcohol spray after polishing. I have 2 toes actively bleeding (see photo) and tons of deep nicks in my skin near my toes that are burning.
Avoid avoid avoid - don’t try this place even one time in my opinion. I sure wish it was a great place- I don’t get to treat myself often.

Unfortunately I didn't have the best experience. I feel the nails are just basic and the polish jobs was just mediocre.
