It was one of the better experiences I have had at McDonalds in a while. My order was actually correct, and the food didn't seem like it had been sitting for a bit. The staff seemed energetic as well.

This place is the worst ever!! The manager Brandon is no better. I stood at the register for 10 minutes without even a hello. When I leaned over the counter to ask if anyone was working up front the person told me to use the kiosk. Really!!? They only take orders in the drive thru? I asked to speak to the manager and when he came up I told him I'd been standing there and I needed my order taken. He said the person would be there shortly. After waiting agin I requested the manager again to get his name and phone number. He said call corporate. Myself and three other customers walked out. Good bye McDonalds!!

Some sloppy dressed guy just walks behind the counter with no uniform and hands out food. The slowest service I have seen. I travel this area a lot but will not stop here again.

I may not be going back to this location. After about 40 minutes of waiting for food only for it to come out cold and old, I was very disappointed. The only positive thing was that we got our ice cream. However since we didn’t get our fries hot and within a reasonable time the ice cream melted. No apologies were made for the amount of time we waited and no thanks were given for being patient. I should have driven the extra 10 minutes to the one by target and Home Depot. And maybe next time I will. Again very disappointed in the whole experience.

We used the kiosk to place our order. Our order was done, placed in the pick up area, and we were never told our order was ready. A little disappointing.The food was good. Their shakes were great!

Nobody at the counter to help with our order since the self-service machine was not working properly for minutes even if it wasn't busy in the middle of the afternoon.It took a very long time to get our food. They mixed up the drinks with the size ordered. Not impressed.

Absolutely disgusting....went to drive thru today with my 3 kids..their drive thru system was down so the skinny African American manager took my order at the window...dude did not want to be bothered about taking an order. Got 3 happy meals for my kids. He brought out two. Then when I asked for the plain cheeseburger happy meal that they forgot the manager said, "pull that mother$!+ up". Needless to say the plain cheeseburger happy meal came out as a hamburger with extra onions, and all condiments..this was after he came outside to confirm what I ordered...a plain cheeseburger happy meal.....mind you I was in line for 25 minutes..and then he messes with a child's food..threw it away...too bad the female morning managers dont work at night..this guy needs to be fired.... incompetent is being nice..
