First time trying this place and I absolutely loved my experience. Yuna did my nails and she was so sweet and patient, she really took her time. I love the way my nails turned out! I will definitely be coming here again.

This place is amazing! Although they do take a while to actually begin your service, you can tell that they try to give each client a food experience. I got a blue french tip with white flowers and it turned out amazing! We did end up simplifying the flowers since we were in a time crunch but they still turned out amazing. All the workers are extremely kind and try to make you as comfortable as possible. The seating is very comfortable which, makes for a very enjoyable experience. I went with a friend and we were able to sit next to each other and chat while the other was waiting for their nail technician. (Obviously you wouldn't be able to if they were busy) I would definitely recommend Lanie for everything because she gets it done fast and well! I had a great time and cant wait to go again!!

I’ve been going to Lanie on and off for 2 years! She’s constantly making time for me in her busy schedule. Nails are always consistent and beautiful. She’s so friendly and welcoming. I love her creativity and open to trying new fun things. I love the environment. I love Lanie. 10/10

I usually love going here. However, I went in with my friend who just had a baby, and she just needed to get her nails done and relax. Yes, she brought the baby. It wasn’t during a busy hour and they kicked us out because her baby started crying for a bottle. We immediately gave him a bottle and they still kicked us out. This is very unprofessional and rude. Especially when a lot of their clients are moms. I will never go back

And I think the girls name was Ashley, she did my eye browns Feb 13 and she did SOOOO good! I was nervous because my eye brows are naturally two different shapes lol 😂but she did really good, made them match and the tint color was perfect!! ask for her if you want wax and tint ❤️

I got my nails done there on June 10 and was extremely disappointed with the results. I requested an almond shape for the first time, but the person who did my nails assured me I just needed time to adjust. The next day, I realized the issue wasn't about adjusting – the nails weren't almond-shaped at all; they were excessively pointy and looked more like stilettos. When I asked to have them redone, I was told no and informed I would have to pay full price, with only a $5 discount for removal. My request for a refund was also denied. I even asked if they could discount the set, as I disliked them so much and was willing to pay a little extra, but the manager refused to accommodate me. She was very rude while I was simply trying to find a solution that would work for both of us.

My recent experience at this nail salon was unfortunately underwhelming. Despite my friend's positive experience, my own fell short of expectations. I requested a specific design but received an alternative that did not align with my preferences. The end result was unsatisfactory and did not justify the price point. While the salon employs seemingly talented staff, my confidence in the ability to rectify the issue was diminished. Although this was my individual experience, it is worth noting that there are many skilled nail technicians at the Nails Palace, so I suggest exploring your options and looking at the work for the nail artist when coming to this salon.
***Update, both charmes popped off when I got into bed.
