These people refused to let my father a 90 year old veterian use thier restroom to urainate. He was wainting in my vechicle, He got out of the while I was finishing up a purchase. He holbled into the store to be denied use of the restroom. The counter clerk point blank lied about to status of the restrooms I spent over 30K with the Johnson Brothers, I will never go there again. Disgraceful!

I'd like to rave about Craig. I went in yesterday for a battery and although they didn't carry my battery at their store, Craig went above And beyond in making sure I got that battery. In a moment of anxiety and worry, I really appreciated the efforts he made to assure that I was a happy customer. Will definitely be returning. Everyone was very welcoming as well.

Most of the people up there are friendly but a few are slightly condescending. Have spent a good amount of money on equipment up there in the past couple months only to be treated like I'm a new face. Had a weedeater in there for warranty for a month. When I received it, they hadn't even done work on it and it was covered in what appeared to be machining dust with a stick on it that left residue and paper when removed. I will not buy equipment up here. I will make the drive to Jacksonville next time.
