Dr. Beckham is the best for eye correction prescriptions. We have used Dr. Beckham for more than 10 years and will never go to anyone else! Her staff is polite, helpful, and kind. I love this office and all of the people who work here.

I have never had such a wonderful experience at any eye dr., as I had at Pearle Vision. Dr. Amy was very patient and explained everything as she examined my eyes. The staff was helpful and nice. I have found my new eye doctor! Thanks PV!

Warning do not go to this Business they are not service people & do not respect your time or business! I made appointment through my business Eye Med provider. I confirmed my appointment through both email & text message at 8am the Friday before my Saturday Appointment. I received a voicemail message after noon on Friday saying if I didn't call in to confirm my appointments by 2pm my appointments for my daughter & I would be canceled?? I'm in the middle of my work day & I've confirmed multiple times. Why if I have to call 24 hrs ahead of time are you giving me less than 2 hrs to call them!? I had to take my 15 min work break to call in & tell her that I had confirmed multiple times we would be there & that I am at work! I told her I didn't appreciate the less than 2 hour notice & threat. I arrived at 9 am the next morning to be told my appointment & my daughter's were canceled due to my attitude! WOW! That is professionalism & customer service at its worst! I believe if I miss my appointment or don't cancel I get charged. I'm filing a notice with BBB in FB that they should have to pay ME they gave no notice, but cancelled our appointments and wasted my valuable time. These are the worse of the worse to deal with, a Zero out of 5!!!

My husband and I have 5 kids, we have always scheduled vision appointments in 2 groups. We just moved from out of state and our daughter is the only one in glasses so she tried this place out when we first moved, said other than forever to get glasses in was ok. So I scheduled one group, husband and 3 kids all together, because of limited PTO. They called over a MONTH later to let me know that they don't allow more than 2 family members in one day. Why is this even a thing?! If I have to go in twos that means it would take a week to get through everyone! Not to mention why would this restriction not be on the scheduling page? Why would they not call and let me know when I made the appointments, so I had time to find somewhere else. Now I can't find anywhere with availability during the holiday break so kids didn't' have to be pulled out of school.

Always courteous and professional. Front staff are kind, the Dr is warm and caring and has a great sense of humor; she keeps us laughing. Finally, the team of assistants that help us with our frame orders are absolute gems. We have had the pleasure of working with Pam the last two visits and she is extremely professional, shows much patience with my indecisiveness with picking out frames, and is also incredibly knowledgeable about all products and services. We are grateful and appreciative!

I was looking forward to being fitted for new eyeglasses here after having laser and cataract surgery. Was referred by my eye Dr so I didn’t need to see Dr Beckham for a prescription. The biggest disappointment was the selection they have of eye glasses or the lack of rectangle style frames for smaller bridged ladies. Add that to the bad vibe and depressing atmosphere it just wasn’t a good experience. Very little effort was put into assisting me and I wasn’t going to spend almost $200 with an apathetic eye tech so I left w/o ordering.

Be aware of this doctor she only does 7- 10-minute eye exams she told me I had a major problem with my eye so I went to a medical doctor and he said there was nothing wrong but I got two hour-long exam with everything done.
