Horrible experience, was a few minutes behind and groomer wouldn’t take my dog. Didn’t even offer to reschedule until we were walking away.

Washed these two today. So easy to check in and get started. Afterwards, while right outside, my lab kicked a mess of bark mulch onto the sidewalk. I went back in and requested a broom….but the staff member wouldn’t let me clean it up and swept it up himself. Super helpful! Thanks!

Terrible experience at the grooming salon. First there were far too many dogs being groomed at the time we arrived there were 6 to 7. Was sent message to confirm appointment which we did. Arrived staff were rude never said hello or acknowledged our arrival. One groomer had head phones on the other continued grooming dog. Eventually the girl came and said in a rude tone wheres her rabies certificate the one we have is expired. We told you in the confirmation text to bring it. I then pulled up the text we were sent and said where on here does it say to bring her certificate it didn't. The girl said hehe oh no. I said call the vets oh we don't do that. I told her I am not a mind reader and I should have been told when we made the appointment which was over 4 weeks ago! It was VERY clear they were not interested in grooming my dog. Did not feel comfortable given the atmosphere leaving the dog who like the others would have been stuck in a cage and I'm not sure given their attitude they would gave done a very good job. Needless to say we left with a very bad taste customer service totally lacking. When we turned to leave you could tell they did not care i even offered to go back home and get it never got a response to that. Will never go back and CANNOT recommend this place to anyone. Look elsewhere for groomers who care and take an interest without the attitude.

Tina is fabulous groomer, we took Lily, rescue, first time ever.
Lily was woof happy, she looked amazing! We also take Sheldon, above and beyond!
Lily & Sheldon are woof excited for the next time.

Excellent service and very patient.
My 85 pound Stella wasn’t having it.
She insisted on lying down for her haircut.
So they gave her breaks and finished on the floor in the same lying position. She looks 5 years younger. Thank you!!!!!!

Customer service is very helpful. The crates and barriers are not easily viewable. They're kind of behind the service desk.

Melody is the best groomer in town. She always goes above and beyond to make my Cooper look his best. Cooper enjoys coming to see Melody and Larissa. Thanks for assisting me (Fred/Steve ) with getting Cooper to and from the car. You guys are the best!

I went to this store in hopes I could find some CBD treats for my dogs. They have terrible anxiety about trimming their nails. The nice lady helped us find some great treats. She was very knowledgeable about many of the brands.
We bought the one that she recommended the most. They work so well with both dogs. I definitely recommend this store for any pet needs.
