Corporate decisions have made it difficult for this Publix to deliver the level of service they otherwise would. By numbers, this is the busiest store in the county according to employees I’ve spoken to who will remain nameless. Why then, would you close the second busiest store for a full year and force all of that additional traffic into this store? There’s been a pretty clear reduction in quality of the experience. It would be one thing if Publix was a great value. It is not. People shop here to pay a little bit more and not go to Walmart. Right now it feels kind of like I’m at Walmart light. The employees are doing their best and should be treated with respect but this was a pretty silly decision from higher up the food chain.

So, having lived here for two years now, I can honestly say, one of the friendliest Publix I have been to. I came into it as a stranger from South Florida. They were all super helpful in helping me navigate. I am always greeted, and everyone asks if they can help me find things.
Now that I have been here, there are those whi remember me when I go in, which gives it a nice home town vibe. The Manager of this store is doing well by the employees who work there. Very tight team!

I'm updating my review to give cashier Julia B. 5 stars as well, she used her card to pay 1.58 difference for our family grocery's. She's checked me out before and is always super quick an courteous. Great employee ?

I've ordered subs from here twice now on two separate occasions this summer (2024) and both times now I've gotten some sort of food poisoning from this market. I have currently ceased taking my business here since I find it untrustworthy at present due to whatever is happening here to make their food in the deli harmful.

I have to update my review. I have recently had larger orders, and I wanted to purchase a lottery ticket, so I had interactions with cashiers. 4 out of the 5 times have not been good. They were very short & rude. It seems as if the customers are an inconvenience to them. However, the employees bagging have been very cordial. Everyone else in the store from the deli, to meat department have been very nice. Not sure what's going on with 90% of the cashiers, but I will be sure to use self checkout from now on no matter how large of an order & I probably won't by another lottery ticket.
