We drove an hour to have my daughters blood work drawn. We arrived to a lock door. There was a lady who had been waiting over an hour for someone to drive from Jacksonville.
We ran a couple errands and came back. The door was unlocked. You could not do a walk in on the monitor. No one would answer the door. Even thought you could hear person talking in the back.
I made an attempt to make a same day appointment but but it advised walk ins only.

Not open in Yulee, FL location on Saturday. Even though the Internet and the sign on the door says it is.

Can't reach anyone on the phone. Worst place ever. Negative 5 stars for making my elderly folks waste a trip because they can't be bothered to pick up the phone at quest.

I liked being able to check in from my phone. It was an easy process. I was called back shortly after checking in. The phlebotomist was very kind and professional. Great experience all around!

I was able to walk right in, and the technician I was with was very caring and kind; however, I do not believe the blood was taken properly. I cannot move my arm without it hurting and there is lots of swelling and bruising. I’ve had blood tests before, and this has never happened. I wouldn’t recommend this center and would suggest a more professional setting.

Definitely a well oiled machine! Very pleasant and quick visit. Nurses are very friendly, professional and fast! Couldn't ask for a better experience considering the task at hand! Kudos!

Did not like using the „check-in machine“ instead of a human receptionist. These machines make the check-in literally inhumane. The actual technician who drew the blood samples was excellent and I appreciate dealing with other humans.

Quest’s employee pierced my vein while taking blood. This is a photo of the deep dark purple bruise, 3 to 4 inches in diameter, and spreading, left by him. He pierced through my vein! He never said anything. He put a Band-Aid on it and I noticed it when I looked under the Band-Aid. There was a big purple bubble that eventually turned into a very wide bruise. I wish there was a better choice of where to go to get a blood draw. It’s very hard to communicate with them or impossible.

Staff has no personal skills on a human level
This is my 1st and last time at a quest lab site.
I want the county's health inspector to shut this site down
