First of all, I had great customer service to help me with my appointment.
The day of my appointment Customer Service was extremely awesome. I had an appointment to have my oil changed. I had another repair issue when I arrived. They took care of that as well as informing me after the inspection of my car would need to be done. They took very good care of me and are now my auto care shop

Went in for 4 new tires and I received great service, very good price and super knowleadgable team advising what was needed to get job done right and no extra expenses from what was originally quoted. Great tire shop and full service shop to have in the Yulee area. Tech. advisor did a great job with clear and timely communication coordinating all moving parts to have job done exactly as he committed to.

After being quoted extensive additional work related to lug nuts at another tire shop, I came here for a second opinion. The staff were patient, honest, and very helpful, taking the time to show me exactly what they saw and explain the condition of the lug nuts. Before beginning any service, they attempted to remove them so I knew upfront what I was walking into price-wise. I really appreciated their transparency and willingness to work with me, and I would highly recommend this shop.

Needed an oil change on my Mazda CX-50 Hybrid and couldn't find a shop that has quality 0w-16 oil in stock. I usually prefer buying my own oil anyways. I came here the day after Christmas after making an 11am appointment.
I arrived at Tire Outlet Yulee around 10:15 am. Got checked in, and advised that I brought my own oil and filter. And chilled out in the very nicely appointed waiting room. They almost immediately brought my car back, did the oil change, and did a great 50-point inspection and sent the digital results via email. They also adjusted all my tire pressure to within spec even though I didn't do a rotation. They were all super great to work with, fast and efficient, and reasonably priced. Of course, I brought my own oil and filter ($32 ttl at Walmart), and they only charged $25 labor plus $5 oil disposal fee INCLUDING the comprehensive inspection. Great job! I'll be back!
