I shop at this Tractor Supply on the regular, so the experience I had today was extremely out of the ordinary. And, I have never put an online pickup order in the system with Tractor Supply before. However, I do want to make note of what I experienced. I placed an order at 7:00 this morning for three bags of horse pellets to be picked up. I received notification around 9:00 that the order was ready. I got to Tractor Supply at 12:15 pm. I waited for 2 or 3 minutes for the cashier to determine that the order was not in the front and that it was in the back and she sent another woman to the back to retrieve it. The woman came from the back and told me that it had not been pulled and was out front on the pallet. It had not been pulled. The whole purpose of me ordering online was so that I could buzz in, get it, and buzz out... Not wait 10 more minutes for somebody to find out that it was never pulled. The woman that determined that the order had not been pulled then proceeded to grab a cart and load the pellets for me. I could have been in and out faster if I'd just went into the store, purchased, and picked up the pellets myself. Because I do so much business with this Tractor Supply, I'd like to think this is just a one-off and I'd also like to think that the online service could benefit me in the future...???

Welcome hobbyists! This is the store you wanna lose some time in that is for sure. My husband and I walked up and down almost every isle fantasizing about the farm we never even thought about having until arriving! LOL. Such a fun place to explore new interests hobbies and with an extremely friendly staff it is the place to be on a hot summer day with nothing to do!

I am so disappointed in the female âManagerâ. When we were forced to drop our trailer due to a wheel barren issue we told one of your workers why. Then my husband called and spoke to the male manager explaining the situation and that we were coming to get it and he said that was fine. We live 2 hours from this store. We arrived in the rain at night to fix it to bring it home but it wasnât there! Why? YOU had it towed!!!! Just because you and the other manager donât get along you didnât have to let your issue affect us. We cannot afford to get it out and that trailer is what kept our sole income alive. Like times arenât hard enough. So I hope you sleep well at night telling yourself whatever helps you sleep about what you did. We called your store to keep you updated you could have had the same courtesy and called us before you snatched away our livelihood.

If I could give zero stars I WOULD! We literally just had the WORST experience ever with this store. We made an online purchase, went to pick up and they didn't have one of our items but I still got charged everything including the missing items. Fast forward waiting for the refund that never happened, we went back to the store and the manager said they cannot refund us because it shows we were never changed for the item even though they took out the WHOLE amount! She says she could refund me but she didn't want to because it was supposedly correct on their end but my bank statement says otherwise. I will be avoiding this manager at all costs, they keep your hard earned money and I will be disputing this charge! Can't believe that such a big chain company is so PETTY for 40 dollars.

When you can get someone to help you, they are very nice. Stopped in the other day to inquire about something and the cashier called 3 different employees and not one of them showed up to help me. I ended up leaving.

No employees to assist. Asked casher when he finally stopped petting someone's dog for help in seat dept for tractors said would send someone. Waited 10 min no one else in store to help. Went back up asked only cashier for help.said would call
Waited 10 more min no one came. Cashier sitting on counter as we walked out as he didn't remember us asking for help. Walked out of store on first employee was talking to people that had the dogs by their car. Needless to say they lost a $300 plus sale from us. Tried callimg to speak with manager to report and was placed on hold for 10 min before hanging up. Will not ever shop there again. Absolutely unacceptable customer service.

Well stocked with a variety of farm, yard, garage, pet, livestock and people supplied. Holiday themed items. They also have a vaccine clinic schedule!!

Two of the employees appeared to be agitated with me that I purchased something online that would require assistance in loading it. When one of the employees went to assist me load it, one of the agitated employees stopped them and told them not to help me. I ended up loading it myself while the employees watched from inside the store. I will not do business here at this location again.
