Rude every single time I go in there. I’m guessing it’s is the owners attitude rubbing off on everyone. They have an elitist, snobby attitude every time I go in there. It’s like you are bothering them and beneath them.

Since when do you have the right to know what personal belongings are inside the box im sending???? I have never in my life had to tell ups what's in the box im shipping?

Dec 20 2:30 rude staff. Observed someone on the computer on Google Earth? The guy helping us called someone from the back to help and she was rude and grouchy... Lots of people not working. Long line....The owner or mgr needs to check on this place more! Maybe that was the mgr from the back.. yikes!!!
