I have been banking with Wells Fargo for over 20 years and I got my reason to switch today. I went in at 1130 with my 16 year old very excited to open her own checking account. Well I got told they won't do it because I don't have an appointment to open account and the person who does it has someone in with them. This wasn't 5 minutes before close it's 30 minutes. I only have time on Saturdays and now have to waste more time on another Saturday for something simple. Definitely time to find another bank. Sad we have gotten to the point it's not about the customer who puts the money in the bank.

Need someone to deposit cash into your account? NopeChecks, cashiers check or money order only. Can you buy a money order or cashier's check at the counter and repai deposit it without a hold? NopeThis leaves no way to deposit funds for immediate availability.

This is probably the worst banking experience I have ever had with a bank! Don't waste your time with this company go to a REAL bank! Their reputation precedes them and let me tell you it's not good. Wells is out for their share holders, not you. Stay clear of this operation!

They just bought my mortgage from TMS. I had just paid my loan down to 80% with TMS and contacted them to stop PMI. Wells Fargo immediately started it back up for me and charged me $32.50 this month. Wells Fargo says they need 10 days to investigate. How hard is it to multiply the home appraisal times .8? They essentially just called me a liar.

Custom services here is 0 stars. The lady asked me to come back at 3. I said I could not I had some where to be at 3:30. She said 2:45 . I agreed to wait there. The next man wanted the same she told him 230. He said thats not right you just told him 245. She said 3:00 I waited until 2:52 told her I was going to the bathroom. Came out the other guy was back and had been put in front of me. She said ill be right with you. I waited until 2:56 and left very upset. She tried to talk to me. But I was so frustrated I couldn't talk and be nice. I do understand they are busy but why make me wait. And who was that old man that she tried once and successful pushed in front of me when he came back?

Drive through is slow bank charges a whopping $7.50 to cash checks drawn upon their own bank. Won't be opening my account there.

I have been banking at another bank in Yulee for over 20 years, After they sold out to a corporate huge bank the service went away. I walked in Wells Fargo one day just in inquire and the service I received and continue to receive has been exceptional.I would diffidently recommend this branch to anyone.

I was formerly a Wells Fargo employee in a branch in El Paso Texas, so I know what's expected from tellers and bankers. I have recently moved to St. Mary's georgia due to my husband being a part of the Navy. This was the closest location to me and I went there with a positive attitude but because of my RACE I was treated differently. I am a Hispanic and the only people working at this location are Caucasian. Moving to Georgia I heard that people were racist, but after being here for 2 weeks I had experienced none of that until I stepped into this location. The teller didn't want to help me at first and hesitated for whatever reason. It wasn't until after I asked about my team member account remaining open that she changed her attitude. Afterwards I asked if there was a personal banker available, she proceeded to tell me to take a seat and that someone would be right with me. There were 2 bankers available none of which stood up. Shortly after a Caucasian female in her mid 40s-50s which got there after me got helped first by Nellie Cumberland. When she finished helping her she came up to me with a negative attitude asking what I needed help with. I proceeded to let her know that I wanted to close a savings account. She just wanted to get me in and out of there as quickly as possible. I thought Wells Fargo was all about building lifelong relationships with customers, but she didn't seem to possess that attitude. Ms. Cumberland asked to put my card in, then pin and hand her my license. I asked her if she wanted me to do the transfer online through mobile banking instead of having her go out of her way to fill out a withdraw slip. She stated "well yeah, let me know when you're finished so I can close it" very coarse. When I let her know the transfer was done she threw my id back and me and told me "have a good day bye" so I could get out of her office. She did not follow through her road map or ask if I needed help with anything else. I will never go back to this location again. I rather take the hour drive to another location than experience this kind of service. I know what's expected of the employees and surely this was not it.
