I feel so bad for the employees having to work for a hateful person like Tanya she is always speaking Down to employees and to guest…. Also when do real. Businesses allow non-employees behind the cashier line when money is being handled?’ Very unprofessional and we see the struggle for staffing at this store maybe look into the rude lady who refused to sell me gas because she didn’t want to tear a scratch off ticket off … oh and I guess her husband is security and threatens customers!!

The store is fine however, the older man that works here after midnight, has several times somewhat try to hit on me. I make my purchase and he feels he has to walk me out to my car and get a hug and a peck kiss at my car …. For security reasons.??? This has happened a couple of times. I now will not go back there again at this hour of the night because I’m starting to feel a bit uncomfortable with it. I try to be nice but feel uncomfortable.

The owner of this store has no right owning a business. Always dirty. No employees. My suggestion is go to any other gas station in town.

Stop by 7:11 tonight after I got off work at midnight to pump gas. A drug addict walking around the parking lot begging for money and the old man that works at night is letting it go on she looks like she is going to rob someone. When I said something to the old man working he said it wasn't his problem yes it is you are the one working not me told me to call the cops. That old man needs to be fired. Beware of the 7-11 on gall Blvd in Zephyrhills not a safe place to get gas at night and worker doesn't care about people begging for money in the parking lot

Owner lied about bathrooms not working and wouldn’t open it for me while I was getting gas. One of the best things about 7-Eleven is that I know there will always be a restroom available there. He simply didn’t want to open it because he was too busy talking on the phone and didn’t want to move.

Reason why in a busy road, this gas station has 2 stars. I just came here and wanted fresh chicken wings. The associate refused to make fresh ones when you could tell they were old...I'm paying you is not free

Got the 3 for $3 taquitos on my lunch break and the man working the register was watching me like a hawk. I walked right over to the register to pay and he grabs the bag and opens it to count the taquitos.
1. He literally watched me put them in the bag and walk right over to his register.
2. I don’t know where his hands have been. He has been in contact with money and the register all day so I’m sure his hands are filthy. Why would you feel the need to grab someone’s food with your nasty hands?
The drink machine is also filthy and covered with mold.

Diesel is very slow and doesn’t stop on its own. I have gotten gas here a few times but stopped coming here because it was convenient. But will go out of my way to go anyplace else.

Just got fuel and went in to get a drink and some food. Food looks like it was out since 9 am it's now 223 pm so I bought cookies bit in to a cookie and almost broke a tooth 6 days old still on the counter trying to sell very disappointed

I went there at about 3 pm today.Tried getting gas and I wanted to use my 7 Eleven app.The pump did not ask if I had the app and it wouldnt let me pump gas.It said , "see cashier".I went in and a man was in front of me trying to buy lottery tickets.The cashier couldnt understand English and couldnt speak it!The fellow buying tickets was so frustrated.He finally said " just give me what you got...paid and frustrated he left, muttering, "this is why I don't come here"I was next and had to explain that the pump said see CashierI had a debit card with plenty money in my account.The cashier could not understand me nor could talk to me.I finally said, "forget it " and left with a long line building.How can they hire people that dont speak English?

Jason greeted me immediately when I walked in. Our family dog was having surgery and he said he could tell I had a hard day and wanted to know how he could make it better. His smile, great service, and helping me to my car with my handful of ice and drinks did the trick! What a fabulous example of incredible customer service from store number 2614-40364. I am going to post this review everywhere I can. All customer service reps could use a lesson from Jason. He was nothing short of superb!!!
