Took the truck in quickly, inspected, and found the issue in first day in the shop. Very communicative, helpful, friendly, most importantly honest. quoted me for a couple other things they found in my truck for no extra cost. All in all very happy with there service.

It is almost impossible to describe the way Addison and his team take care of business bottom line I had taken my car to have a clutch put in $2,300 later I have a rattling in the bell housing area when I push the clutch part way down took it to two other local shops they kept telling me there was nothing wrong ultimately took it to Aamco yes it was a bit pricey but the previous shop put a clutch in and did not replace the Dual Mass flywheel Addison replaced the flywheel also found an oil leak at the rear seal and the oil pan Which they repaired they also put a new clutch in it ultimately when the car was all finished they pulled it out of the shop only to notice that that it had coolant leak at the radiator
So what they did is they pulled it back in the shop and on a Pontiac G6 it is required to pull the radiator from underneath which requires pulling the subframe back out of the vehicle not only did they Supply the labor they should apply the radiator I cannot thank them enough if you need transmission work or other Automotive work I highly recommend Amco Addison and his team

We were headed South on vacation when our transmission went out. While it wasn't convenient and completely changed our plans, the service at Aamco was great! They understood our frustration and treated us like people!! Addison was thoughtful and really helped us through everything!! 100% Recommend the team at this location!!!

Addison did a great job getting my vehicle repaired. Professional communication and explained repairs needed. Rebuild was done in a timely manner and again treated me with respect. I’ve been in the automotive business 40 + years and this shops managers and techs are pros. Leaving the dealership and my future repairs and services will be done at this shop

I called them this morning and explained my situation they told me to bring it by they took a look at fixed my problem. I would highly recommend this place very professional. I asked if I needed my transmission flashed somewhere else they would have jumped all over it but they said no need thank you guys!!! I appreciate the honesty

After reading all the reviews from the highest to the lowest I thought that they were just disgruntled people who only put one star and complained. That was not the case because I am only leaving one star because I went there for a transmission problem and was told I needed a transmission so I said let's do it and after paying $4307 I drove off the lot and within 15 minutes my check engine light came on. I called Addison right away and he said bring it back in and stated many times the good thing is it won't hurt anything. I brought my truck back in the following Thursday at 7 AM in the morning and by Friday late afternoon they said they could not find anything it wasn't anything that they did. They cleared the code and again after I left within 10 minutes the light came back on. On that following Monday I was on my way to work at 6:30 in the morning and my Transmission oil temperature light came on and with a couple minutes after that my truck shut down. I called Addison again and he told me that he would have a towed on their dime. I called him back on Tuesday and still they haven't found anything thing. On Wednesday he called me and said that they sprayed break cleaner in it and it started and that I was out of gas and I said there was no way but he said he put gas in it and it started. He then said that he would address the check engine light again and on Thursday we talked and he said that they did find a wire and it was fixed I said great. In the same breath he told me that I needed a fuel pump and they could do it right now for almost $1200 and I said absolutely not. I had to pay him $75 for the tow that he said he would pay for and I got my truck out of there with a different tow company and driven to my brother in law's house. When we lifted the hood and tried to start my truck it did start but was running really rough and smoking like I've never seen it before. We then pulled the fuse box off and found that the fuel pump fuse was very loose. We then replaced the fuses and the truck started right up and still was smoking very bad. After running it for about 15-20 minutes the smoke had cleared up. It seems a little sketchy to me that they tried to get another $1200 out of me and it didn't cost me but for a fuse. It has been a week and my truck has been running great. I would like the $260 that you charged me for a 02 sensor that I never asked for and it was never discussed about the 02 sensorand I would also like $30 for a truck wash for the grease that they put on my truck you can tell where they were bending over on each side of the truck and where they opened and shut my door there is grease on my door and there is a footprint on my front bumper And I have pictures of it and I would also like the $75 tow bill back. I would like the owner to contact me.
