I came into the Zeypherhillz AT&T today with very lil hope of getting anything figured out I was quite quickly proven wrong and helped by Alex and Eric they where phenomenal in how they helped me and making my experience and vist outstanding

Alex, the store manager for the Zephyrhills AT&T store saved the day. I had a horrible experience with an outside sales rep that truly messed up our account. After a few hours on the phone, I went into the store. Alex was so helpful, he not only Went above and beyond to help me, but he saved an AT&T customer. Kudos to Alex and AT&T Zephyrhills.

The new management at this store by Alex has been phenomenal!
Alex R. Is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I've always had issues with my account, and it was finally Alex who was able to get everything fixed, get us the phones we wanted, and keep our bill exactly where we wanted. Alex facilitated the whole thing, and made an otherwise difficult process extremely easy.

Incompetence of the Store Manager and Disastrous Service by Shawn
I had a terrible experience at this AT&T store. I went to change my personal account to a cooperative account and the store manager simply told me that he couldn’t do it and that I should call customer service. However, when I visited another AT&T store, the staff there were able to complete the process without any issues and were very friendly. This clearly shows a lack of knowledge and willingness to help from the manager of this store.
Disastrous Service by Shawn
My experience with Shawn at this AT&T store was even worse. After creating my corporate account, I returned to the store to add lines for my employees. Shawn incorrectly transferred one of the numbers, causing a total disaster. The account has had constant service problems, I have incurred extra expenses because the number is on two different service platforms, and this has caused serious issues at my work.
To make matters worse, when I went back to the store and explained what had happened, they simply told me that they couldn’t do anything and that I had to call customer service again. The incompetence and lack of responsibility at this store are unacceptable. I do not recommend this store at all.

Do not go to this location! I upgraded to the new iPhone in October 2023 and still dealing with headaches from billing. The associate who completed my process added phone protection to my account when I said I did not want it. He explained he had to add it or else his Manager would be upset for not upselling and it would only take me a few minutes by calling AT&T to remove the coverage. I later found out, he also added in NextUp too which I had to remove and get refunded via Corporate AT&T.
I understand the business aspect of upselling but when told no, don't do it anyways and make the customer remove it on the backend.
