They have always been very professional and helpful. I have no complaints. My needs have been met and my expectations when i go there. Yes sometimes there has been a little but of a wait but they move the people along.

Had to step into this branch twice in one week. Just when I thought they couldn't offer me a worse experience, they'd prove me wrong. The employees lack the most minimal knowledge in customer service and their patience with customers will last approximately enough time for you to say hi back. It's common knowledge that employees are underpaid and overworked but that's not the customers fault. Do better!!!!

Would love to rate 0 stars. Seriously the worst location. They always only have 1 teller. The lines start piling up and you have to wait for ever. No one seems to care there that they are holding up their customers by refusing to open up the other windows. I see tons of other associates just standing around. Today they closed their lobby for “unforeseen circumstances” then the drive thru lady was super rude. You’re better off drive down at least to the Wesley chapel location if not just changing banks altogether.

They just erased all of their bad reviews and started fresh. This does not improve them at all. Worst bank ever. And I've been banking here for 27 years. Not much longer.

Branch is closed,Dade city closed. People have to go all the way to Wesley Chapel to Bank if they do not bank on line!For Seniors who don't drive very far,don't have on line banking or a computer,this is unacceptable. Close your account & move your $$$-it isn't worth the hassle!

This branch is way under staffed and it take a long time to get any banking done. The employees are very friendly since the one star. First time I tried to get through the drive through my truck would not fit.

Worst customer service ever. First you have to wait forever for service inside. Once you see someone, they do not want to help you very rude employees. I will never go there again.

The ATM at this location ate my debit card. I shared my story with another merchant and they told me the same thing happened to them 2 weeks ago at the same machine. I called the manager to tell her how inconvenienced I was and she cut me short and talked over me because she didn't care.

The staff at this location is stupid and rude. They make bad jokes and are unhelpful. Asked a vague series of questions about documents to be notarized on the phone when I was scheduling an appointment, then when I arrived they refused to notarize my documents and referred me to GoingPostal stating they were "limited in their notary abilities" aka wanted to be difficult. So glad to be a long time BOA customer.

Its OK. They close at 4:00. Which I think is to early. Should stay open till 5:00. And they are usually pretty packed, so get ready for a wait.
