Your money is not safe here. Beware of Bank of America they sell your information to different parties in different countries which leads to fraudulent activity. They will give you your money back that scammers take, then a week down the road say you owe the bank that money. Plus they close at 4pm, what bank closes at 4? Screw BOA I will never return.

I stayed on the phone for over an Hour trying to find out about a Fraudulent move on my Credit Card and was put on hold for about an hour than they came back on LINE and said that they could not answer my Cakll now,and it was about some one trying to hack in on my Account.And still couldn't get no information.I'll be glad when I get this one paid off. This is crazy. trying to find out if my account has been Hacked or not.

I had wonderful service from Laura Wal, after explainingmy problem, she took it upon herself to get to the problem, and set up an appointment next week with another employee of the bank to monitor my account for false charges. Very nice and friendly. Thanks Laura.

Absolutely horrible bank. They close every day at 4 p.m. They hold your money for 2 to 3 days after cashing your check and they have horrible customer service.

They close at 4, even on Fridays. They are not helpful at all! They refer you to the app or ATM. Hate it here, I wish I could close my account?

Considering taking my business and accounts elsewhere after dealing with this location. The office manager couldn’t grasp the basics of a very important deposit and has created a great deal of headache for myself and my business coming up against the holiday.

They never have enough staff, sat at drive thru 5 min until I was greeted and was told someone would help when indoor clients were served. 19 min in drive-thru for a business deposit... with no one in line. Aweful.

Had to step into this branch twice in one week. Just when I thought they couldn't offer me a worse experience, they'd prove me wrong. The employees lack the most minimal knowledge in customer service and their patience with customers will last approximately enough time for you to say hi back. It's common knowledge that employees are underpaid and overworked but that's not the customers fault. Do better!!!!

They don't even answer the phone.I tried many times the computerized phone says there busy and hangs up on you. It's Monday at 10 am.

I always receive excellent service when I actually can get in touch with someone. I don’t believe they have enough customer care team members available. No one ever answers the phone… I don’t need an appt. just a brief conversation. Or the ability to send an email concerning a matter with my account. I don’t want to talk to a computer.

Very rude customer service refused to give me my OWN money.Maybe there just under paid??
