Within 5 minutes time the counter person at O'Reilly's checked to see if I needed help, looked up the part I needed, retrieved it from the rack, installed it on my vehicle, and cashed me out. THAT'S service. Unlike their competitor down the road that offered no help after over 10 minutes. I'll be going to O'Reilly's for now on.”
