Chase Bank has a new interior look with plenty of seating and space. Staff are polite and eager to help. They are kind and patient, making visits easy. Some customers wish interest rates were lower, but overall, they are happy with the service. Chase Bank staff make customers feel valued, and some even feel like they have made a new friend after visiting the bank. They are willing to give Chase Bank a 5-star rating if interest rates were lower.
