Beware! Do not trust Chase bank with your money!I went into Chase Bank in Zephyrhills to cash a $900 check that was made out from a Chase check. The check was made out in my name, I showed them my driver's license, my signature matched my driver's license and the manager had the audacity to accuse me of fraud, refused to cash the check and refused to give me back my $900 check. I had to picket the bank to get my check back. I then went to another Chase bank and cashed it with no problem. I would never trust Chase bank with my money. They are so crooked!

NO Customer Service...wrote a review 4 years ago, and nothing has changed...only one teller working and one on the drive thru...lined out the door. Waited 40 minutes...apparently there is no management

I mostly use there Atm.If I need to use the drive through it is never a problem.If they are moving slow I just push the button to remind them I need service.

I hate going to this branch. The manager is lacking skills in managing this branch. ONE TELLER today and people sitting at their desk etc! The ATM is not working very well. I have Ben with chase over 30 yrs and have never experienced this. The parking lot is way too small and dangerous pulling in and out!!

The manager at Zephyhills gives Chaae bank a sub standard reputation. He is rude and condescending and I presume he found it amusing to "transfer" me to the "back office" which is just the after hours automated system as he apparently didn't care that the bank was at fault for not stopping a check that I reported 2 weeks prior that they let go through anyway causing me 200.00 over draft. I've had problem after problem with chase bank. There are a couple of genuine helpful people but a high volume of rude people who presents distrust. I'm amazed as I always thought Chase was a good bank to deal with.

Had an appointment to open a business account and the business account rep had left the building and did not return on time for our appointment. We had a couple ahead of us that did not make an appointment and had been sitting there waiting for the business account rep to return. How horrible is the customer service at this branch for you to make an appointment with a customer and not be on-time? No regard for business appointments especially if your appointment shows up early. Absolutely abhorrent service. The lobby was full of people waiting to see a account rep. Never coming to the branch again. Staff your branch appropriately and getting prompt and punctual people to help your customers.

We made an appointment with Mayank Kohli at 11:30 on a saturday. We were on time for our appointment but Mr. Kohli thought it would be proper to LEAVE the branch for personal reasons (food i presume) DURING THE TIME of our appointment. there were people in front of us so when I learned that we left. The manager knew and allowed this to happen on her watch. Three people to run a entire branch on a saturday. Wow please let me give my money for you to keep safe….. are you kidding me???

I had a large number of savings bonds to redeem and was concerned about the time it would take. Patsy was so kind and patient working through the huge stack. We shared stories and at the end I felt like I have a new friend! Thanks Patsy!

There is absolutely no reason why anyone should be waiting for 30 minutes in the car drive through if there are no cars there and their lights are on open for business. This isn’t the first time that this has happened it continues to happen time after time it’s almost like they are leaving the building to get funds for you. It’s ridiculous and they need to do better there are plenty of other banks that consider peoples time.

It doesn’t matter if there are 0 people in line this branch seems to take FOREVER! Whether you go inside or drive thru it doesn’t matter. I never experience wait times like this at any other branch.
