The storage solutions are affordable, cheap, and convenient, with easy online rentals and a process that avoids personal interaction for those who prefer it. The facility provides drive-up access and has 24/7 security with gated, keypad entry. While some customers found staff to be super friendly and tremendously helpful, others expressed dissatisfaction with the automated system and slow customer service. Great facility for quality storage! Clean and safe storage area including building and surrounding area. Gates and doors all work smoothly. I also like that it is well lighted 24-7. Very pleased and happy with Snapbox self storage!
