I would like to give a minus 10. Rudest customer service i have ever experienced. Employee blocking the aisle and she yelled at me. Said aisles are never blocked while I was trapped between her and a cart full product

I usually buy lactose free milk here but it has not been available the last 3 visits. Also other dairy products have been low or empty. The store has good prices on most things but you need to be aware that not everything is cheaper. The staff here has always been friendly and helpful when I've been there.

I give zero starsv. This dollar general has by far the worst employees and mgt. Ive never been treated ANYWHERE IN MY LIFE LIKE I WAS ON SEPTEMBER 2 2023. I love riding my bycycle often for exercise due to my ms, not because I dont have a vehicle and often times i bring along a backpack incase i want to get something while ik out or do know im going to go to pick up sum items. However on this particularnight i went into, this particular dollar general and i had my back pack on and i grabbed a shopping cart and the next thing i know a very large i think female literally started to speak extremely loud about my backpack not allowed to be on my back and that i had to put it up at the cashiers desk. I was so embarrassed because she was two isles away and spoke ao loudly the other customers were looking like idk. I then asked her if there was a sign i could have possibly missed posted on the door. Her response was that it was not her responsibility to post a statement on the door to the incoming customers that no back packs were permitted and her attitude and disrespect quickly got way out of control and worse. I had asked her her general managers name and she refused to give me there name. As i continued getting the rest of my items , myself and several of the other customers heard her very loudly speaking with another employee about people who carry backpacks into stores are usually meth heads and theives andcshe continued to insult and disrespect me to the other associate and so i ledt. I didnt go back for several months, and then i did again because the location is convenient t o my residence. I went in with a friend no backpack this time and an older woman approached me and told me that i had to leave the store that i was banned from the store, and when i asked her why that was she said she didnt know. So i usually go in there in the early evenings never during the day,; however after shevtold me there was no reason she knew to tell me why i had been banned from the store i asked her for the general managers name and when he would be available, she replied his name was Steve and that he was the onecwhonmm said that i was banned from there because the day gm told her i was but yet i dont go in there during the day and couldnt understand any of this, no reason for this bo idea her gm's last name either. To sum it up its been the only truly disgusting experience ive ever had in my entire life in any store and ive am a 54 year old grandmother and ive been in customer service my entire working career and never have seen such unprofessional, disrespectful , uneducated, rude people in my life. Whoever the regional manager is of that store needs to fire the ENTIRE STAFF ON DAY AND NIGHT AND START OBMVER WITH NEW PEOPLE ON BITH AHIFTS INCLUDI MNG THE GENERAL MANAGERS. The associates dont even know where to tell you where an item is and their response is that they dont know act snarl at you like youre a bother when you ask for help. As far as the young lady Misty that commented on the store closing early and they start yelling 45 minutes before the store closes that it will be closing and tvey do thatvevery 5 minutes. In a nutshell every employee in tge store needs to be replaced with people who are pleasent have knowledge of whats going on in the store and more. Its disgusting

So I had a frustrating experience today. I’m DoorDash in for Takis in the 3.2 ounce size. I found Takis in three separate locations. I found a 2 ounce in one location. I found a 4 ounce by the register and then I found a 9.9 ounce in a whole separate location. I understand the idea of trying to get product placement separate but seriously three separate places and nine none of them has a 3.2 ounce that they sell.

This location has a serious problem of closing anywhere from 5 to 15 minutes early. Twice in the last 2 weeks I've been turned away at the door even though I've arrived several minutes before they're supposed to close, & both times I could see people in the store still walking in the aisles. It seems to be the same handful of employees every time, also. The only reason they're getting an extra star is because I don't have this problem with the other half of their employees. I can't help what time I get there when I share a car with other people in the house, but from my experience in retail the doors aren't supposed to be locked until the actual closing time. I guess some people just don't like to work.

The lady manager is worthless. 8 ppl in line one cashier on and she just stands there. Always a line to check out, never any help.

So my family and I are frequent shoppers at this dollar general at least we were. This store has dropped from 4 stars to -5 stars! They have empty shelf's on all cat food and dog food but have all of it in the back store room. When I asked the store manager is there a shortage of animal food her response was oh there is cat food on the isle. Straight out lied to me. When I asked the evening guy why is there so much in the back but nothing on the shelves his response was just a cashier! No your job is to stock the shelves!!! The manager doesn't even stock the shelves. No employee at this store cares !!! I will never go back! I highly recommend corporate just closing that store. Lazy, rude, and liars is all you will get from this store. DONT USE THIS STORE FOR ANYTHING!!!!!
