HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I have been coming to Rita for a little over two years and she’s the best! I have patchy eyebrows as well as light blonde compared to my brown hair, rita is the only one that has done my eyebrows perfectly. I get eyebrow threading and tinting every 2-3 weeks. Prices are very reasonable and the service is worth every penny.
