I just came back from FNB of Pasco. I was in diar need of their help. She took a lot of time with me to correct my account information. I had been trying to do it myself but to no avail. She was amazing and she not only fixed my problems but she explained the process so I could understand it. She did everything with a smile. I love these people.

I woke up to most of my check being taken for overdraft fees. Like charging me $35 for a $4 overdraft fee...etc! I had 4 over draft feed because I didn't check my account in four days because I was in the hospital! I like the people that work there but this bank is awful!⭐️

Had a charge crammed onto my debit card. When I came in I was upset because the computers were having a service disruption and I was assisted with Ms Patituce and her manager who addressed my concerns immediately. I appreciate their assistance and I highly recommend this bank because of the individual attention you receive in person and via telephone. Thank you again

Well my review has nothing to do with fees and overdrafts. Just a REAL review of a terrible bank.
It does have to do with absolutely useless phone support, and ridiculous ways of making anything you want to do with your money difficult. Like not being able to deposit money on the app! Not a big check either, $53 from an insurance company. I am a NEW customer, today I will become another X customer from your joke of a bank.

By far the worst bank I've ever dealt with, domestically and internationally. I signed up 4 years ago opting out of anything relating to overdraft, including declining the ability to go negative in my account.This past week i decided to change banks so I called and verified how much I had so i could transfer it out. They lied, and i incurred multiple $34 overdraft fees 8 times in a row. They refused to help me at all and said I have to pay it even though I never signed up for it. I will be getting a lawyer involved as this has taken into stealing over $200 from me. I hope you're ready for hell Darnell, since you as a branch manager want to screw me over, I will be coming for you in court

When I signed up with this bank I intentionally refused overdraft protection because it’s only us poor people who get hit with them all the time. I’m a single dad with 3 kids and am a teacher. I read on the government banking website that “if you don’t opt-into overdraft protection then you can’t be charged a fee by the bank “. This bank is charging $35 fees anyways! I don’t use paper checks for the same reason. They have charged me hundreds in fees and refuse to give all of it back. I’m closing my account asap. How can they get away with this? Is there some loophole that lobbyists got passed in congress that lets them do some shady business again? I hope not. Don’t use FNBP.

Staff are allways courteous and actually care about your accounts .They make sure you dont leave still having questions unanswered.its your money its your account No question is trivial.Hardley ever await in line.Clean,cozy business atmosphere.

I went to open and checking account and the lady was very rude to me .. I got there at a little before 4p and I was told be fore hand to be there by 4:30p and I was and the lady was absolutely rude to me and .. I told her that I had to find a ride to get there I have a very bad case of vertigo and I’m on dialysis .. just really uncaring lady and very hateful .. I won’t be back.. it was totally uncalled for..I’m not a nasty person or hateful or rude to anyone..
