So me and my husband loved GNC, my husband took me here all the time. I set up and account in person with Aiden, I told him when we were setting up my account that we share a phone number and asked if that was okay (my husband already has an account with that number) he said it was fine and set my account up for me. My husband went in the other day and Aiden told him he was banned because our accounts use the same phone number. We were both confused so I went in this morning to ask him what was going on, he didn't explain a single thing to me, cussed at me, called me names, then called the cops on me when I started crying. He did this in front of an old women who was shopping. She seemed horrified.
Me and my husband are recently homeless due to our home burning and there might as well be a sign on the door that says "no homless" because I can't imagine why else Aiden would purposely get loyal customers banned.

My recent encounter with Aiden at GNC Zephyrhills was nothing short of a nightmare. From the moment I entered the store, Aiden's lack of professionalism and utter incompetence were glaringly apparent. Instead of greeting me like a valued customer, he seemed more interested in his phone, barely acknowledging my presence.When I attempted to ask Aiden for assistance, he responded with a dismissive attitude and an air of indifference. It was abundantly clear that he had no knowledge of the products or any desire to provide genuine help. His incompetence was astounding, and his apathy was downright insulting.To make matters worse, the store itself was a disaster. Products were scattered haphazardly on shelves, making it nearly impossible to find anything. It was evident that Aiden had no interest in maintaining even a semblance of order or cleanliness.The checkout process was just as abysmal as the rest of my experience. Aiden moved at a snail's pace, seemingly incapable of operating the register efficiently. It was as if he had never been trained in basic customer service skills or how to conduct a simple transaction.In conclusion, my experience at GNC Zephyrhills, courtesy of Aiden, was nothing short of a nightmare. If you value your time, money, and sanity, do yourself a favor and steer clear of this train wreck of a store. Aiden's incompetence and indifference have ensured that I will never set foot in GNC Zephyrhills again.

GNC zhills has become my only source for my gym supplements needs. Aiden is the absolute nicest and knows his stuff, truly turned the place around, I had been in a few years back and wasn’t impressed, recently went in and was beyond impressed now with the new manager.

Incompetent employees. Online order date 9-10, returning two items from the order at this location and the guy at the register tells me to call customer service because he can’t do returns in location. Was very incoherent, my order invoice had return instructions for in store locations and the guy couldn’t even tell me what I was calling customer service for in terms of what I was to ask them to do for me.…asked me for my phone number twice after having just asked and typed it in. Bigger middle aged blond guy, possibly high as he had no memory retention and attention span was at minimum engagement. Immediately called another location and asked them to type my number in as if I were initiating a return and they had no problem im not really sure what happened in this location with this guy today but was very inconvenient overall because I stopped by earlier in the day and there was a “back in ten minutes” sign before 11am. Poor availability, poor service.

Fantastic help from this GNC!!! I came in with a return about a protein that didn’t work for me, he returned it but helped me find one that did work! and helped me figure out the roots of my problems and gave me 3 other products on top that helped me! Fantastic help, He was a young blonde guy with a beard, i wish i would have got his name:( but highly recommend this location!!! 10/10!!! great job guys

By far, this is possibly the best GNC that offers top of the line customer service. The manager Aidan clearly knew all the product in the store and let me know all the deals that could save me money. I think that this is quite possibly the best nutrition shop in the area. I will most definitely come back! Great job!

I wont buy my vitamiens anywhere else, they have a money back guarentee on everything and they stand behind it if you dont like a product for any reason you get your money back and staff is very knowledgeable
