Every time I visit, the service is professional, friendly, and fast. The staff always go above and beyond to help with shipping, packaging, and any questions I have. You can really tell they care about their customers and take pride in what they do. Highly recommend this location!

After an extremely successful day, I run into Goin PostaI as I had a package to get to my husband tomorrow. I MISSED THE DEADLINE! Then a sweet voice from the back says it is my lucky day. Not only did all the employees step up and help but the FedEx man even waited for me ! I assure everyone all my packages will be shipped from Goin Postal !!!!!! And they keep it nice and cool in there 😊

Going postal sucks! $109.66 to send a busiess envelope overnight is outrageous!!!! The post master told me it was $109 and didn’t mention the .66, or I would have realized it wasn’t a dollar nine. Who in their right mind would pay that much to send a small business envelope. He should have asked me, are you sure you want to pay over a hundred dollars to mail this little envelope. I ask him how fast can it be mailed and he said overnight and that’s when he should have stated it would be over $100, because it didn’t have to go overnight. He said he told me twice that it was $109 and that is not true. I have always done business there the last ten years so I trusted him and didn’t look at the receipt until that evening, which is also my fault. I have heard since this happen that a lot of people are boycotting this Go Postal service on 5th Ave., because of the outrageous prices versus the post office.
