Grease Monkey is the only place we take our vehicles. The staff are all so friendly, and you are in and out in no time. They make a list of suggested maintenance items, but they also tell you whether they recommend having it done, but no pressure at all. Just really reliable and nice people.

I mentioned an email coupon when I arrived. The tech said "we'll get that when you cash out ". There was no mention of the coupon when I checked out. I forgot but no one asked if I had any coupons. I was their only customer at 8AM. I returned shortly after, the store did make good on the coupon.

I am very pleased with the great, professional customer service I received at Grease Monkey in Zephyrhills! They educated me on why I needed the particular oil for my car, and they were quick with the service and even vacuumed my car.
I will definitely be back!!!! Thank you all for being nice!!!
