  I love getting a haircut here. All the stylists are great people and talented. Lacey the manager is such a great manager and stylist. She is always welcoming and accommodating.   I am appalled how I was treated at your Zephyrhills, FL location. I walked in with a coupon that I printed from your Facebook site. When I presented it to the cashier before I received a haircut asking if this could be used. It was for April 2025. “Oh no… we can’t honor that because it doesn’t have a code on it” A code … where on the coupon does it state to use this coupon it must have a code? Nor are there not any instructions on your website. So, I just sat down and felt “oh well”. However, to add insult to injury one of your hair stylists poked her head in to confirm what the clerk said to me. That’s when I stood up and said “forget it. There are many other hair cut shops in our town and walked out the door to never ever return again. I came home and deleted my account on your website and sat down to let you know what happened … and as I walked out the door I heard “have a nice day!” What? Screw then… screw Great Cuts with hopes your screwed up company goes bankrupt in the very near future.
  
  One would think you might post something somewhere to guide your customers? Why didn’t they just say “we can honor it this time but next time make sure your coupon has a code” but nope… they just let me walk out the door insulting me one more time with “have a nice day”
  
  Posting this all over the internet … especially Google and Yelp.

  Been coming to see Lacey for about 3 yrs. Never had a bad haircut from her. She is pleasant and always willing to make you look like a Rockstar.

  Beth was my stylist. She was great. Went in for wash and haircut. She took her time with everything even though it was busy which I appreciate. She knew exactly what I needed and made sure I was ok with length/cut before continuing. Staff was friendly. This location seems to get alot of customers so I was happy she didn't rush or feel rushed. Overall great experience.

  Megan Childers is my stylist and is very good at what she does. I wanted a trim to cut my split ends and get my hair healthy again. She advised me of what length I would need and suggested a product to use to help keep my hair hydrated. I’m very happy with my hair and am on my 3rd bottle of said hair product to keep my hair protected from heat, sun and humidity!! Living in Florida this is a wonderful product!

  I had my haircut done by Megan two days ago and I thought she was awesome. The whole staff go out of their way for their customers and I would recommend them to anyone who asked me where to go to get a haircut.

  We always go to great clips and have always had great service and cuts. Yesterday my husband had a haircut from Megan and she actually had the nerve to reprimand him because he hadn’t been there for a while. Excuse me? He can get his hair cut whenever he wants! Who does she think she is? I wasn’t with him and she’s lucky I wasn’t. She needs to mind her own business and be polite to customers! I’m sorry because we like the cuts but that was unacceptable.

  Updating my rating. Currently looking for a new salon. Last time I was here (1+ year ago) I asked for a chop and was very specific on how short I wanted (just below my shoulders). I had long hair down to my lower back. The stylist constantly tried talking me out of my cut and didn't go as short as I asked. Mid back, when I pointed it out she said oh it will be shorter when it dries but thats not what I asked for. I asked for a shampoo in the beginning and she questioned if I really wanted a shampoo. I should have known then she really just didn't want to spend the time doing my hair. Any recommendations for a better salon? Looking for an experienced hair dresser who will now (1+ year later) keep my length, add layers and texture, possible curtain bang, and will not talk me out of my shampoo/cut.
