I know things seem high or not enough or whatever. However, knowing how high prices are on everything and how hard it is to keep any business running, I say the owners is doing the best with what she has to work with and it takes time to make it happen. I would rather have options than no businesses at all. Just because donations are free. It's not free to cover business expenses. Perhaps if more donations make it in to her shop it will get better and better. Since everyone one in FL seems to be a reseller, nobody can stay in business trying to feed that beast. But the general public can find it's that are less than retail. Support these businesses people. Find the good.

The staff is nice and the place had a fair amount of merchandise, but it is as if they are trying to become a big time antique store instead of a place that offers their merchandise that most people can afford. I used to love going there to "treasure hunt". I don't think I will be going back. They have priced the merchandise way, way too high. Too bad, Habitat for Humanity! I think you will you will now struggle for customers and your Yelp reviews will be at the bottom.

I have frequented the store on numerous occasions and perused many an item there, but...the pricing for there items is way over the top! I think I bought a mug for my morning and favourite hot beverage--TEA from England. I nearly coughed up half a lung at paying near $4.00 for it! It wasn't even close to being worth the $4. In retrospect, it was really worth about $1.50. I realize the need to make money so you mark your prices accordingly, but if they lowered their pricing by 50%, they would gain a faithful clientele, customers who might respect the place even more, and in the end they would make up the difference by moving more products. Maybe the owner is skittish about there not being enough inventory so they cannot let the pricing go down for fear of a mad rush of people clearing out their inventory. I doubt that. I looked at a CD player-you know, those arcane things that played discs akin to vinyl records but sound cleaner-it was $90!!! $90 for a USED player that was being sold "AS IS"! No thank you! Just wait and see, some poor sod is gonna go in there thinking he'll save his CD collection until the last CD player has left this mortal coil having breathed its last breath and he'll go on YouTube show Hot Ones with Sean Evans and they'll swap stories of how the Day the Music died on CD when he listened to that final note, Sean will ask right before they eat the wing with Da Bomb Sauce (hot sauce), "So tell me, what was the emotion or the thought racing through your head after you heard that final note, or word?" "Holy Moses! Oh, that is God-awful! I CAN'T beLIEVE that!" "There you have it everyone...the last note to ever be played on a CD player and it was 'God-awfully' bad." "NOOOOO, Sean, that was Da Bomb sauce! NOT the final note from a CD player, you mucking foron!" Seriously, I have not bought anything from this store since that mug. That was a mistake. It broke within a week of buying it.I cannot recommend it at all!

I absolutely love love love this store! Donna is so nice and so helpful! I just adore her! You can find amazing deals, and it goes to a great cause! It is not a thrift store… it is a charity store that makes money to build homes and a lot of people get that confused and complained that it is too expensive. Where else can you find brand-name jeans for $10? Where can you find prom dresses for $15? Everybody wants some thing for nothing and that’s not what they’re about.I am a reseller and I could buy things cheaper if I found them at a Goodwill store, but it feels good to give something back. The work that these people do is absolutely amazing and the houses they build are beautiful!Stop by and ask for Donna ! Tell her that Kim mentioned that she was the best!

Great place to shop because the supply is always changing. You can get clothes here, too! And antiques. Prices are fair and go back into Habitat homes so I feel good shopping here.

I bought a brand new grill here for more than half of what one would cost retail! The people that work here are very nice! A great place for re-sale items

We remodeled our kitchen and went here to donate appliances. We were very rudely told they don't take dishwashers. Fine. My husband went to wrestle the stove out of trailer and man working wouldn't even help. Just stood and watched my husband struggle. Next time I'll just post it on social media for free.

Absolutely amazing. I found an power air fryer and it works great. They have brand new building supplies like wooden flooring. Great appliances plush blankets a nice clothing boutique. Spent 25% of what I would've spent in a retail store. Staff was available to assist and the check out was quick. Highly recommend this place easily ***** will return in the future

They are selling clothes. And pallets that state, broken items. Must take the entire pallet. $499.00.They literally had no inventory.1 Tiger Oak dresser for $320.00.Which was beautiful and I have Tiger Oak in my home. The issue is....I believed HFH would have doors and lights, maybe cabinets....I am so confused now!

Everything is way overpriced for the stuff they get for free and basically if you had a 15% discount at Lowe's you could get the exact same prices that they're offering and it would be new with a warranty .. Absolutely ridiculous. The furniture is a decent price but still you can't go there to bargain shop. I didn't see any dressers under $120...

This review is with respect to donations only. After a few visits now, I believe there are better places for me to make donations to than the Habitat outlet here. The bar that's set for the minimum value/quality of items they're willing to accept seems unrealistic and sometimes even seems to lack common sense. It also usually exceeds any value for an item I'm willing to donate as opposed to just keeping, and so planning and making a donation is a gamble and often not worth my effort/time.It's unfortunate because I believe in what Habitat does, and there are people that Habitat helps that I think would benefit some of the donations I've tried to make. I hope the reason for their stance is that they have more donations than they can handle, although no one's ever stated that as a reason. Instead they state general policy. I think that policy (and possibly the outlook of select staff regarding charitable deeds) could use a revisiting.

I recently applied to this store for donation attendant and went to the store in person to introduce myself. The nice men in the office said to walk around back and the hiring Manager should be back there. When I got back there, they told me nobody was allowed back there. I respectfully said the men in the office directed me back here to talk to the hiring manager. I tried to introduce myself and see if the position had been filled yet, The Woman in charge cut me off as I was talking and said "have we called you? I said no ma'am I just applied, she cut me off again and said I'f we haven't called you then we either haven't seen your application or chose someone else. The annoyance in her voice was enough for me, I retracted my application after that. Store is great, management has an attitude problem.

This place is a wannabe boutique. Like they're selling high end merch. The prices are crazy considering items are DONATED.I asked why this store is the way it is. Turns out ReStore locations are individually owned and operated and they can do whatever they want with them as there really branding restrictions to adhere to. There are some great locations in the Bay Area if you're really on the hunt and maybe willing to drive a bit - this isn't the one. They've had pallets of tile set out for months. Instead of breaking out the pallets and selling the tile - they've let it sit on the floor. Can ya tell I'm not a fan of this store? Like as I'm doing home improvement and have good and solid pieces to donate, I won't even donate here.
