I called to set an appointment with your team for the following weekend to look at a unit. I received 2 calls from your people during the workday, along with an email stating I missed my appointment. So I called, and was informed my appointment was still on the books and that the company has business development type people who reach out and try to speed you along.
Since then I've had two more calls Tuesday, and two more calls Wednesday, and at this point I'm blocking the number and will be looking at other options for my storage needs.
I don't understand this business model. I set an appointment with your team, I'm actively trying to work with you, I don't need spam and cold calls, at the very least why not wait until after my appointment to try that nonsense?
Completely ridiculous, and a fast way to scare off potential customers.

It was a very easy process to get a storage unit, the price was very reasonable and facility was clean and secure. iStorage is blocks from my home which makes it a very convenient location for me.

Mr Lou that took care of us was very helpful. Very knowledgeable and explained everything to us. Took us to see the unit first and came back to office to do paperwork. We were able to get right in that day and began the moving process. Thank you Mr Lou.

This facility is ridiculous. The parent company, NSA Brands Rentals are TRASH. The air-conditioned building facility FLOODED and everything that was on the floor in my unit was ruined. The insurance that the storage facility sells does NOT cover any loss for the TENANT -- it's designed for the PROPERTY. After moving out, cleaning my unit, leaving the door open, taking my locks, and informing the staff in the office that I vacated, I still got CHARGED for the next month's rent. The customer service agent that I spoke to treated me like I was lying about moving out of a flooded facility. NO RESPECT FOR CUSTOMERS. Take your business somewhere else. Do NOT rent here. TIP: make sure that you purchase insurance that COVERS YOU or be prepared to absorb the loss yourself.

Rented a unit , spoke on the phone many times , was never informed about the facility being underwater and almost unaccessible ..was told someone would be at office till 4 on Saturday but got there and note on door , due to flooding office closed til wed. So they were aware and rented me the unit anyway. And to top it all off , finally got everything I could salvage from my rented trailer, on Friday and heard a rumor that only the people in controlled climate units were going to be allowed to stay, so I've only had the unit for 2 weeks, was rented the unit even thou the facility was under water , and was told the same day I got everything into my unit that I will have to vacate due to the same flooding they let me move into

Did not appreciate how they handled the flooding issue and the lack of communication or respect. Insurance cannot replace family photos
