I Waite 3 weeks for the washer/dryer combination I ordered to come in and be delivered. Delivery was made on the day promised by two men that neither spoke English. I signed for the delivery without being able to inspect the delivery as one of the men was standing in front of my view. I immediately left my home to check on my husband as he has been in the hospital or rehab since since April 7 2022. Upon returning home I started a load of laundry still not observing that the delivery was not the combination that I ordered and had paid for at the time of placing my order. When I called the store And explained that I had been delivered a washer only I was told I wouldHave to call distribution to resolve the issue within 48 hours, needless to say I blew my gasket. HomeDepot had my money and I didn't have what I paid for. They should have worked to resolve the issue, I even spoke to the manager and was told the same thing. I called the number they gave me and the person I spoke told me that amazing enough the stir had notified them. I will never make another purchase from Home Depot based on their service and will advise everyone I see to not buy from them.

Average stock for most home improvement stores. Home depot has a lot of the major brands so you know what you're getting. Well laid out as are most are. Well lit and clean. Staff seems as if they don't want to help. Speeding by if they see you take a breath to maybe ask a question. Checkout has some of the worst non caring people in any kind of store bar none. You can tell it's just a job and they don't want to be there. I had a discount, showed cashier, she seemed to scan it but when I looked at my receipt at home, no discount. Was not a deal breaker but don't offer something you do not back up. Have been shopping here for years and still can not get over the attitude of the staff, specially the cashiers. I'm old fashioned and don't like the self checkout but wow, maybe giving it a try next go around.

READ. Went in with my family today 4/23 around 1:13 p.m. Everything was fine UNTIL we went to self checkout. While we were scanning I felt eyes on us. I look over to see this little old white lady (in a cast) who works there starring right at us. Very uncomfortable let me tell you! She watched us scan every single item. Then when we get our receipt she immediately asks to see it. I was thinking about why she asked to see our receipt AFTER she watched us with radar vision. We showed her and said "we didn't steal anything". She replies " I am just doing my job". I would understand if she was checking everyones receipts but we stayed back and watched her and she did not check any other persons receipts after. We are a hispanic family and I am 100% sure it was racially motivated. I am also leaving this on Google reviews as well. She had an attitude about it too. Disgusting behavior to have to a frequent loyal customer. Do not go to this location!

Today older white lady in a cast in the self checkout targeted my family. She was eyeballing us the entire time while we were checking out. Then she made a point to look at our receipt saying she was doing her job BUT she did not check other people's receipts. We are a Hispanic family. I feel very targeted. She did this with my 8 year old standing there. Not acceptable on any level.

I got a French door from them for $1,000. Got it home and realized the bottom of the door bowed out. Upon looking closer, it’s completely separated and Home Depot refused to take it back. I ordered a whole kitchen (cabinets and appliances) from them last month. I was set for delivery and the day before deliver they stated the cabinets were at different stores so they couldn’t deliver. I waited another two weeks for deliver, that never came without any notice. Monday morning at 6AM I had a random guy dropping two cabinets off behind my car THEN nocked asking me to sign for delivery. I refused. I finally got all of my cabinets later that day that were sideways and toppled over in the back of the delivery truck. I reported the damage but again, two weeks later, I am waiting for a replacement. You just lost a Pro Shop Customer.

I am a Veteran. I showed my ID to the cashier and was told they do not accept my type of ID in their store. It has been accepted their store before and in every other Home Depot I've used it at across the country. I explained that It had been accepted there before. She basically accused me of lying. Saying "No sir, you did not use that at this store". I have receipts showing my military discount from that store. Would not have been so degrading if she had not been so curt in the way she treated me. Reminded me of the sixties. Lowes has my military status on my card and they say "Thank you for your service" each and every time. Won't be disrespected at this Home Depot again.

My husband and I came into this location on 10/17/2021. The lady working the self checkout would not let my husband use his veteran discount. Ridiculous!! Will not be back to this location!! Do better!! I will be going to Lowe’s from now on!!

This was by far the worst decision we ever made to use them for custom closets. We had a consultation in home and the associate put together a design for us and we paid for it, it all went down hill from there. No communication about the install, we had to call repeatedly and still struggled to get answers, When we did finally get an installation date, several months after purchase, they called the night before to try and change it because they didn't want to work on the weekend. They show up and have the wrong materials so half the work was completed. We had to call them again several times before we could get any answers and now we are being told end of October before the material arrives , UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!! We had to start paying for these closets the minute we purchased and we still don't have a finished product so what is our course of action right now ? We can't stop paying or else we screw out credit, So what do we do now? I would never recommend this service to ANYONE ! Go elsewhere, you will be glad you did

Went to self checkout. The lady refused to accept my VA card for military discount even though a couple weeks ago they did give me the discount. The self checkout then broke and took about 10 min to fix. So much for saving time. Back to Lowe’s I go. They are military friendly and never have issues with self checkout.

Home Depot does NOT care about their customers. This was the 2nd store I've been to in 2 days, having experienced poor customer service at both stores (other store being New Tampa). Went to purchase a riding lawnmower. Found 1 sitting out front on sale. We let an associate know we were interested but they refused to sell it to us giving us some bs excuse. There was no sign or anything saying the mower wasn't available for sale, it was on the floor with a price tag. Spoke to the store manager, who didn't want to give my husband the time of day. The manager gave my husband another bs excuse & just walked away. The manager didn't even apologize & handled the situation very poorly. I will never shop Home Depot ever again.
