make sure to cancel your appointment if you’re booked with “Princess Bell” rude and as unhelpful as possible, i didn’t get 5 minutes into my appointment before she interrupted and raised her voice at me. i’m a college girl in her 20s trying to deal with the recent loss of my mother and she didn’t speak a word of condolences or concern, only angrily asked questions and got upset when i didn’t understand or couldn’t answer. if you’re a beginner looking for an understanding tax advisor this is definitely not the place and Princess is not the person.

Senior Tax Specialist Marlenne Caballero Allen did an excellent job! She provided me with great customer service, and was very knowledgeable with Property related taxes, as well as Military related taxes. She's also bilingual and spoke fluent English and fluent Spanish which helped my mother out with her taxes tremendously! We will definitely continue seeing in the future!

I feel like I got scammed by this company. I wanted to file my taxes with H&R Block but it didn't work well. The assigned Pro was rude and wrote to me messages with huge amount of grammatical mistakes. I could not even understand what she means. She didn't answer to any of my questions just kept repeating that I need to pay $350 for services to proceed. I was not comfortable to proceed with them. Well... I still owe $100 fee for a consultation. I really regret that I uploaded my docs and information there.

I went to H&R Block and the very nice lady whose name is Marlene helped me with my taxes.She explained everything very well and answered all of my questions. I would recommend using Marlene.

Don’t go here if you want things done correctly. These old ladies need to retire or be fired. My husband has been trying to get his taxes straightened out. We have just now been told (after calling this office MULTIPLE TIMES) that his taxes were rejected and they forgot to notify us. Excuse me? That is literally your job!!!! HR block should be embarrassed to have the doors open at an office like this. They clearly don’t care to help their customers at all. I have used HR block for 15 years and I will NEVER use them again. I’m just happy you can file complaints of tax preparers with the IRS, because this people shouldn’t be allowed to go near anyone’s paperwork.

I went there to do my taxes. Yes, I was a walk in and they refuse me they said they were too busy smfh first impressions are everything I wouldn’t waste your money there. I’m sure there’s other best places to get your taxes dot then this place ….

They are rude , they are a rip off . They hire outsiders to come in and help that also don't care about anything but taking your money. Should have went with my instincts. Im done with them! Went cause I had two state taxes. Usually do my own.
