“Staff is very friendly, very helpful, and give the appearance that they care. With excellent credit and no tickets or accidents in over a decade. I asked why my insurance was so high. The answer given was, your vehicles are high in theft and accidents from others in the state. They are a higher liability to insurance companies. We have a 2016 minivan and had a 2019 Colorado at the time. I don't quite understand how these vehicles are high risk vehicles. My old boss drove a challenger and paid a third of what I pay.”
