I saw the reviews and was scared, tbh. My doc said, just go in early and just check in, they will fit you in pretty quickly. there were two ladies drawing blood, and only two people with appointments before me and already getting blood drawn. I was called in about 5 minutes. Tina (I think?) was a pro, talking while she stuck me in one try. She also asked where I wanted it drawn from, I said right arm, thanks for asking. I was in and out in 20 minutes and very satisfied.

My son has a standing order for every Friday. This office only has 1 tech, never enough to handle the clientele in this area. Sign in equipment usually is not working or their computers are down. For the money you receive from ins. cos. you would think you could employee more personnel and keep your equipment in service. Very disappointed with your ptogram.

LabCorp is one of the best places to get your blood drawn. The ladies made the draw on the first stick. Zephyrhills has a great staff very pleasant and friendly.

I got to Walgreens at 3:10 and registered. There were no other people. The lab tech came out and told me that she couldn't do it unless it was a quick CBC. They are supposed to close at 3:30, it was exactly 3:15. She told me to come in the morning, and added that I needed to be fasting. I told her that my doctor told me that I didn't need to fast for those tests, she said do what you want. There were 15 minutes left before closing, obviously, she didn't want to work.

Short blonde woman who was my tech was not friendly at all. She definitely had an attitude.

Read the reviews (long wait times...), but I took a chance and went in as a walk-in. Checked in at 7:15am and was called back by 8:30am. Looked pretty busy... at least 10 or 12 other people in varying stages of the process during my 75 minutes there.
I'm very grateful I didn't have to wait very long. Kristin, the phlebotomist, got people in and out very quickly. She was pleasant, efficient, and skilled (I didn't feel the needle at all).
I would come here again, but next time try to get a 7am appt. If I wasn't in such a hurry to get my test results, I would have made an appt this time. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ stars for Kristin, though. I wouldn't want to be in her shoes hearing everyone complain about slow wait times. LabCorp should be able to do better and hire another person to help her out.

Polite but the technicians did not know what they were informing me of. My insurance informed me that I have a zero copay and that the $150 they were charging me is a hold, my insurance told me I have to opt out so they can bill me. When I informed the technicians about this they let me know that it was impossible. I called another random la corp to verify if this was true and in fact the insurance was correct. This office is trying to collect unauthorized payments for your visit when they are not suppose to.

I would give them zero starts if I could. I arrived at 11:30 and signed in. I was told, “no children allowed I can leave THE KID with someone and come back at 1:30 after lunch.” I left and arrived at 1:40 to a sign that said temporarily closed. What a joke.

Scummy waiting room. RUDEST lady working there. She must HATE her life. Waiting over an hour for a pre scheduled appt. If you can go anywhere else I highly recommend!

we have been to this location many time this year and always have to wait, even with an appointment made 4 days prior. you need to have more than 1 person working there!

This walgreens labcorp doesn't accept blue cross & blue shield for lab orders. Unless you pat 150 dollars for just lab orders.
