I order an online item, went to the store to pickup, it was the wrong item. I wanted a refund or cancel. Two managers tried to refund but they said that I need to come back the next day so they can contact corporate. I called and the representative told me that I had to call corporate. I called corporate and Karen told me that the store can refund me she said Lowes corporate can't issue refunds only the store can issue refunds.
What a hassle this has been for anyone's day and they say they have good customer service. I will never order anything from Lowes again. If I did the same at Home Depot I wouldn't not be having such a horrible experience. The management team is the worse. Ok you guys force people to shop at Home Depot.

Sales person Vanessa in the appliance department is smart, great customer service, helpful and honest. One of the best we ever dealt with in Lowes. The store should have her give a class on customer service, I suggest if your looking for appliances see VANESSA you will not be disappointed

Went to their zephyrhills location and we were taken care of by Vanessa in the appliance department to buy a gas stove, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher and we got great customer service, which is rare these days.
