I saved up to $2,000 by having Brian work on my 2004 Mercury Sable on 11/20/2025. He diagnosed it for free as having a leak in the coolant system and quickly and efficiently repaired it. Brian told me he had not found some of the things that two other local garages had told me were wrong with my car. I'm very satisfied with the repair work they did on my car.

I must say when Brian said we will get it fixed right and done right I was sceptical. It had been almost a year after a new engine replacement and have had nothing but problems. My old Mechanic was very nice but obviously didn't know what he was doing. The truck was to 3 other mechanic besides him and heard all sorts of bs. I was told by the trans shop that it was the trans. I knew it wasn't as it had already been replaced. The previous mechanic had changed the d-tent cable and re-weighted the governor the wrong way. It an 88 GMC Jimmy and even though it's old it still in excellent shape. After 1 day they had the Jimmy running perfect and all the other problems done. Trans was fine and they just readjusted it. In this day of just throw parts at it, at the customers expense, these guys did it all in a timely manner. Justin their head mechanic is awesome and extremely knowledgeable on pretty much everything. I highly recommend Master Mechanics. Brian actually picked me up in theorning and took me in to pick up the car as I was an hour away. We live by each other so it's certainly not a normal service but just shows the level of care and pride in workmanship. Can't thank you enough. š¤ š

I put off getting my brakes done until the absolute last minute. I walked in the shop hoping they could get me in the next day. They took me right then and there in the middle of the day! The owner is so kind he gave me a rough estimate that was hundreds of dollars less than other places quoted me. I left my car expecting to have to scramble minutes before they closed to get my carā¦ā¦..NOPE it was done in under two hours. When I paid the owner thanked me for my business! From start to finish this experience was GREAT!! I will definitely be back!

The women owner is not very polite and is very unprofessional when dealing with a customer. The other owner Brian took my information about my issues and the warranty and said the lady will handle the warranty claim. That was Tuesday, July 2 at about 11:30 AM. They never looked at my vehicle that day said they will look at it on Wednesday, July 3 and let me know what was going on. As they told me it was a timing chain issue but theyāre not calling the warranty company because she doesnāt have enough time to sit on hold, get this approved and they were going to be closed Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday I find out after 2 PM that my claim was denied because she could not read the third digit on my odometer. And now they want to charge me $120 diagnostic plus tax and I was never told that from Brian from day one. I see they have good reviews but please be careful when dealing with them stating about being charged fees

I started coming here when I first moved to Zephyrhills. In 2019. I've been to two other shops. YUCK! THATS why I keep coming back. Costs are always up front. No surprises.Say hii to Kenny Roger's look alike. Always entertaining.

The lady is rude , she charged us twice, my daughter went there a day before n told me she almost got into some s⦠with a lady . The first time I went there was a middle aged man he was so pleasant I thought well now Iāll just come here , but with that lady idk cuz I will be rude right back but she will have my car in her hands look what she did for me kinda letting her no, bā¦.Iāll be rude right back. She charged my husband twice.

I went in because of a dash light issue, they said it was a knob by my steering wheel. They didn't charge me anything which was very nice but the issue is still happening

Trustworthy business. They had never worked on my model/make of car before and told me I'd be better off going to a place that had done the work I was requesting. They could've lied, took my business, and just worried about the results later. They didn't.

I called and asked for a quote and the lady who answered the phone told me "we're swamped" and basically couldn't give me a quote and told me to call back later. Why call back later when I can call another mechanic that will give me a quote. This is not good customer service, especially upon the customers first interaction.
